Delicatessen - Taste The Difference

Looks alright, red velvet cake is below average, burger is bad, brownie is average, tea is sometimes great, sometimes watery (though it is machine tea), samosas are below average. Carrot Halwa is good.

Great experience! Squeaky Clean and family operated. Premium quality with serene ambience makes it one of my fav places. They've got a nice menu ranging from cakes, croissant, samosa, cutlet, custard and such, loved all of'em and would totally go there again.

A usual stop by place for family whenever we pass by. Pretty decent and daily fresh items. But coming to the taste I can see there is little dip compared to the initial days. They recently added some mocktails too and the green apple mojito is really good. The laddoos are also good here. They used to have chicken croissant, but right now it is discontinued.

Recently I bought a moist plum cake from the place and yes it definitely tasted unique and different, however I did notice a problem - all the raisins and nuts etc are sedimented and at bottom part of the cake, so you don’t get a bite of it until the bottom part. I believe it has to be evenly mixed up.

Easily accessible. Good quality of home made bakery items available. Did not have wide variety of choice. The shop is neat and tidy.

I've been dropping by this place a few times through the years. I haven't been disappointed yet. Be it the desserts or the snacks, both are equally good.

Even though a regular customer, had a very bad experience when purchased plum cakes in bulk for gifting.bigger order management capability issue or what, it was pathetic

Plum cakes are good for nothing. Worst experience during last Christmas when got a good review and bought in bulk. Other products when recently bought was decent though.

Ordered a birthday cake.look of the cake was great but base was not soft.on cutting the cake, it came out as powdered form.highly disappointed

I haven't personally visited Delicatessen. But I had very recently ordered a chocolate cake, a dz laddoos and a dz vegetable cutlet for my aunt's birthday as a surprise.
She lives in an assisted living space and does not travel out much, thus my request to Mrs & Mr Mathews at Delicatessen to deliver the order was entertained. I'm grateful to them for going above and beyond for the service.
My aunt and her neighbours enjoyed the fare, esply the vegetable cutlet (No photos of the food is a testimony of how good the food was according to me).
Now I'm adding this to the places I need to eat from during my next visit. The pictures of the place look very warm and inviting. Looking forward to being there soon.

The ambience and the decor is just wow. This will definitely be a runaway success in, say a city like Bangalore. But that being said the cakes were not all that awesome. The brownies were crumbly and dry and the fudge wasn't fudgy. But the dark chocolate was close to perfect.

Had brownie and carrot halwa. Browine was really good and felt fresh also. Carrot halwa was kind of ok.
Its 45 rupees for brownie and 20 rupees for carrot halwa.
Ambience is good. Dealings are also fine. But at present they have take away only.

Such a beautiful cafe it is.cakes, puddings, shakes, juices are available, my favourite is blueberry pudding n chocolate shake

I love the structure of this cafe feels so calm n refreshing, also the decoration with plants and furniture arrangements are really nice and beautiful, rates are affordable for normal peeps, such an amazing ambience also good service

I used to see their kitchen also, it's very neat and clean. You can blindly trust them as they are cooking in such hygienic conditions.
Their Coffee and Snacks is also famous in the area.
Muffins and puddings is also available there.

Spell bounded by the place. Situated on the highway to Muavtupuzha in Puthenkurische. One of the best short eats which includes Chicken samosa, Cutlets and delicious Pastries. It a wow place for the love plants, decor and the aquiruam. Ample parking with spotless hygiene. Family and Kids should really love the place. Need a re visit soon. Keep up the solid work.

It's small good cafe. Variety of items such as cakes, pudding, cutlet etc are available and it's fresh. The price is as also normal. It's ambience is great and less crowded. Also it's very hygiene. Without great expectations, one can enjoy the place.

Very good place for snacks.the beef cutlet is a must have.the puddings especially blueberry pudding is really good.overall the place is tidy and has a good look to it.parking is also adequate.the staff are also courteous
