Customer servie is very poor. I ordered for falooda and got only ice cream with some dry fruits and pineapple. I asked them about the vermicelli which is the major ingredient in the falooda and the serving boy said no one like vermicelli, so they stopped adding it. Not all the customers are same. If someone doesn't prefer vermicelli then don't add, why they removed from all other customer's dish? Others might prefer that.

Bought a pista cake but it was not having any single piece of pista in it

ഇന്ന് ഷവർമ കഴിക്കാനായി ഈ കടയിൽ കയറി. മുകളിലത്തെ നിലയിൽ ഇരിക്കാൻ സൗകര്യം ഉള്ളത് കൊണ്ട് അവിടെ ചെന്ന് ഷവർമ യും VEG എന്തെങ്കിലും ഓർഡർ ചെയ്തു. 2 ചായ കൂടെ. എല്ലാം 5 മിനിറ്റിൽ തന്നെ കിട്ടി.
ചായ നല്ലതായിരുന്നു.
ഷവർമ യൂം സ്വീറ്റ് പഫ്സ് വളരെ മോശം ആയിരുന്നു. ഷവർമ വളരെ നേരെത്തെ ഉണ്ടാക്കി വച്ചായിരുന്നു. പഫ്സ് പുളിച്ചു തുടങ്ങിയിരുന്നു.

We really got food which was nearly spoiled. Even though there were items that are still fresh we were served a cold shawarma. We realised that only after getting down from the top floor. May be it's a serving issue. But its a worse experience.
