This is an authentic IRINJALAKUDA establishment, directly linked to the well-established cashew factory at Aloor, which has been in business for generations. Their products are of excellent quality and offered at lower prices than their competitors in the area.
However, while the products and prices are exceptional, the customer service could use some improvement. The staff member present at the time could have been more customer-friendly and attentive to building a good customer relationship. For example, I recall an incident where I attempted to pay with my card, but the staff member refused to accept card payments, insisting on cash instead, despite it not being too late in the day.
