I’m so happy with the experience, I wanted to send some documents for my education and they actually gave me a student discount, this is only available in this direct dhl not available in the franchise so i was so delighted

Dhl staffs are very polite and good behavior. Must recommended place for sending items to abroad. Please provide more discounts in future.

I had availed their services and had entrusted a document to be forwarded to a foreign country as Express courier and they had provided the tracking details and I had closely followed it and I could see that it was delivered by them promptly

The guys at the counter were very helpful. The parcel reached Boston on the third day like they told me. Five Star service

Poor attitude & worst customer service. They didn't offer a chair or sitting place for customer, all time I had to to stand to book a courier. They blocked the desk with big empty carton boxes and l have to do document work signatures etc over these boxes with great difficulty. There was no table for writing for customers. From my bitter experience, I feel the franchise owner is culture less (by not offering even a chair) and indirectly saying "do not come again".

Extremely fast service. Documents reached UK within 2 days period as promised. This will be my go to now onwards

High courier charges, worst customer service, they are asking same documents again and again.what a worst service
