This hotel has problems with Oyo. They won't allow you if you're booking from Oyo.

Well maintained and clean rooms and toilet. Courteous staff and service. Quality service and value for money.

Worst stuff ever seen in my life the receptionist does not understand English or Hindi and an old man very rude does not know how to behave with the guests.

Do not book! They did not accept the booked rate online and asked double the price on arrival. Very bad english, rooms did not have blankets and only one towel for double room. Very noisy. At least is was clean.

Rooms in the new building are good Bath room is clean and good. But bed sheet, pillow cover, towel are not good They are of low quality and old. Rooms in the old building are Bad.

The rooms are clean and ok.
But they are big fraudsters we booked two rooms for Rs. 1234 through Oyo.
But when we reached the hotel the receptionist asked us to pay extra 766 as the room price is 1000 per day.
Oyo didn't help us finally we had to pay extra money as we were already behind schedule. Please don't book rooms here or be ready to pay extra. Big cheaters

I was compelled to pay around 30% more cost than what was fixed and booked thru OYO. As said by manager at this place, they dont get prompt payments from OYO.
Being late in the evening I had to accept it. OYO must black list this type of cheaters.

The worst experience in 30 years. I should blame Oyo for it. Everyone should be really careful when you book through OYO. Arrogant reception staff.

They took 200 rupees extra from hand, After the OYO payment.
They did not give room for the payment done through OYO.

Bad experience from the hotel management. We r already booked a room through online and make payment. But the time of checkin they asked more money and am helpless because of late night, and i will pay extra money for the room. The staffs are not good

Very bad hotel very bad staff. We reached at 12 night and booked 7 rooms but then after reaching they denied to give 7 rooms and unfortunately we had to change hotel at night only.

Very bad behavior from the owner herself.we booked the room by Oyo and got confirmation also.when we reached there with our luggage and kids they told no room for Oyo bookings.we may take room on their tarriff.when we question she is telling us to remove the Oyo board in front of the hotel.what a nice customer care.shame on you

Very rude staff and the property stinks. Dirty rooms and the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in ages.
Staff don't care of the comfort of the guests. Highly recommended to not book the property.

One of the worst stay experience. The hotel owner had compelled for extra 900 rupees after we have done with full payment on oyo. Even after payment they denied for accomodation and they are blaming on oyo.

Pathetic hotel and unprofessional staffs. They just try to make fool to customers. After booking they deny to give rooms and charge extra.

Ever worst in oyo. Can't know how this residency become oyp flagship. You didn't got water, food nothing.

Denied my check in that I have made via OYO and my bed was not clean. Dust were there in the bed.

CROOKS, FIRST THEY PUT THEIR HOTEL IN OYO AND WHEN YOU VISIT THEM TO CHECK IN YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA MONEY. THEY SAY THEY HAVE NO CONNECTION WITH OYO.

It is a 2 Star Residency, very close to the Alappuzha Railway Station. There are number of hotels near by, some of them are open even on Sunday.

The hotel is located on the road itself with ample parking space. But I felt that the rooms were a bit cramped. Though they were still neat and tidy.

[EDITED AFTER SECOND NIGHT STAY]
We spent two night over there and found multiple issues:

1. There were huge spiders in the bathroom
2. Room was full of mosquitoes and I could not sleep with fan turned off.
3. We asked them to cleanup the place after 1 day and they did not do the same

I had pre booked my stay here but when I reached alleppey and to this room it was haunted there were no one in the 30 rooms available here apart from us.

I vacated this room within 20 minutes and had to move to Pagoda Resort.

This is good if you love to have haunted and scary experience
