Very irresponsible behaviour. No responsibility to inform the customer about the complaint, even don't know the price of the products which they are going to change. Very bad customer service.

No customer commitments. ഇതുവരെ ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു ഡീലർ ഞാൻ കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല.
എനിക്ക് മെഷീൻ കിട്ടിയ അന്ന് മുതൽ കംപ്ലയിന്റ് ആണ്. ബിസിനസ് പരമായി ഒരു പാട് നഷ്ടം നേരിടേണ്ടി വന്നു. അതിലേറെ മാനസിക പ്രയാസവും. ഇനിയും എന്താവും അറിയില്ല. വാങ്ങി കുടുങ്ങി പോയി. ഈ അവസ്ഥ ഇനി ഒരാൾക്കും ഉണ്ടാവരുത്.
