Plenty of out door space for shooting. Huge underground parking area. It's owned and operated by Kerala Dinesh Beedi Central Co-operative society, sponsored by government of Kerala.

Probably the best auditorium in Kannur town of Kerala. The stage, the furniture in the hall and dining area are quite good and there is ample parking area inside the auditorium and outside. It's easily accessible from all the directions of the town. A well-maintained auditorium used mainly for wedding functions. Really good interior temperature control and other facilities. It has large seating capacity and seats are well arranged do that visibility is high. Decent parking facility. The dining hall is big and has ample space. But seats are not fully arranged. Parking facility is not that huge but It's okay. Hall is fully air conditioned. Stage is not that great compared to other auditoriums but still it's okay. The road towards auditorium is narrow, so expect traffic towards the auditorium.

The main hall is quite large with multiple access points, and dining area is spacious as well, capable of accommodating 1500-2000 moving guests with no hassles.

The main entrance to the hall itself is small, which creates congestion. The real issue is the narrow approach road, and lack of parking spaces. Arrangements have been made at two empty plots for car parking.
