I am thrilled with the impeccable stitching of my blouse from this renowned shop in Ernakulam. As someone with a fuller figure, finding a perfect fit has always been a challenge, but Dipali Designer Boutique surpassed my expectations. Finally, I have a blouse that fits flawlessly, and I am 100% satisfied with their exceptional service.

I honestly wasted a lot of money for stitching at this place and not one blouse came out good. Even after repeatedly going to their store, trying, showing and telling them what the mistake was, they were not able to correct it. The worst part wasn't even that there was a mistake made, but the fact that none of them were willing to accept the mistake. They just kept blaming the material when infact they have already done similar style of stitching for the same type of cloth on one of their display pieces. I asked for a simple princess cut and they couldn't do it properly. When I showed them how the stitch they did was wrong they had nothing to reply. No acceptance of mistake and even then they couldn't correct it. They gave the blouse back without any major change.

Terrible customer service and absolute waste of money. I had to post a review because I'm so disappointed with them.

A place where you can trust. You can stitch your fabric in whatever way you love. Dress is attire which makes you comfortable and beautiful. It is always required to be beautiful and elegant. From the bottom of my heart I would like to thank you. I am very grateful to you for the timely help and support. Within two days you stitched a beautiful dress. Thank you so much. Poor stitching and rude staff. They spoiled my daughter's wedding saree blouse. Not at all reliable, they won't give the dress on time. Better to stay away from this boutique.

Worst boutique in the city. My recent experience with this boutique is very disappointing. Especially the attitude of their staff is very uncomfortable. Most unprofessional and irresponsible staff.

Charged 1400 for stitching and messed up all the pricey clothes materials that we brought from Seemati.

The place is crazy expensive with bad clothing materials. The dress that was stitched for my daughter costed us 6500. Keep away from this place.

Love their dresses and materials. Stitching is also good.
But takes too much time to get the dress stitched.
But because of the perfection, the wait is worth.

Customer support was horrible. Basically was forcing me to take the top which I first picked off the rack so that they don't have to show more!

They completed my work on time, satisfied with their work (embroidery). But you have to remind them or check how your work is going (did it go as per your plan) they may forget what you had said, this reminder helped me. Some alterations on blouse was also there (which is very common in most of the shops). Except that everything is good. I am very happy with their work.

Best choice for wedding stitching and embroidery hand work. Nice hospitality from staff especially Deepa Ma'am!

My recent experience with stitching blouse at Dipali has been disastrous and very disappointing. The confidence and show off of their staff while taking measurements (not considering any of client suggestions) is a gimmick. Alas, the end result with stitched blouse is totally sub standard, suffocative and useless! Even during trial when we suggest the alterations, hats off to their unprofessional approach of convincing that it's a perfect stitch and making us ignorant. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED
