Very poor customer service…. A lady who is an employee don’t even know how to handle a customer…. She is busy talking with other staffs…she wasted our valuable time for waiting her for so long…
Right from the start, We were given excellent assistance and help in selecting the best style and colours for the curtains and blinds for our new home. Highly recommended.
There is no option to chose Negative stars, else will put negative stars. The prices are highly exaggerated. Please check the prices with nearby shops. Recently they offered 50% Flat discount. This discount sale is a plannec cheating. They have raised the price 2.5 Times and then shows as 50% discount. The products also substandard. Better to go for broadway or near market road, you will get best prices and selections.
This shop at Palarivattom doesn't deserve a single star. If we order for a white curtain they will deliver you a blue one, and when we ask about it they will argue as if we have done something wrong. Even the so called madam was defending the dumb staff. Don't be fooled by the outside looks. Please don't go there.
This pathetic store with their good for nothing staff provided me with the most terrible and unforgiving experience. No customer should face these kind of horrible encounters. Our order was for 2 blue curtains and 2 white curtains (and specifically telling the staff to write it down properly, since she was acting really stupid the day we placed our order). But they messed up the order and refused to give us either a proper refund or even a well deserved apology. But all we got instead was verbal harassment from both the manager and the sales lady. Poor experience, poor staff and managers and don't let the exteriors fool you. Do not engage yourself with this store unless you want to lose your money and respect!
This place is the worst furniture shop ever. The quality of the products is terrible. Had very bad service from sales team here. This is a company which values more for money rather than QUALITY & customer satisfaction is least priority here. Not worth for a single star. The return policy is just a name sake and don’t expect a nice response from the customer care as well.
We purchased whole furnishing for our new office. Good service and quality products.was worried about some customer comments in this forum but realized that they have products of different quality based on price. We also had few bought four our house which is still going fine after 3 years.
We had a wonderful experience while shopping @Diwania. They have staffs who are efficient to give tailor made solutions for curtains and upholsteries. After sales service is excellent. Needless to say they are in the market for 30yrs plus.
A medium sized showroom for home furnishings. OK collection of decors and furnishings. Not to be mistaken for furniture shop. All the major brands are showcased. Helpful staff. Prices are a tad bit expensive. Covers two floors. Con includes limited parking and location which is right on the busy Palarivattam-Edapally road, and can be missed easily.
I honestly don't think this shop even deserves a single star but I've got no option but to rate it. Like many others, we were fooled by the good looks this shop had to offer. But that's it! It's just looks, and a lot of catalogues and brochures that'll brainwash you into thinking 'Damn! What a miraculous place! ' We went there with the intention of buying curtain rods - but unfortunately fell for some 'beautiful' curtains. Bought them at a whooping price of 6k (brainwashed, we did not remember we had bought curtains from Amazon at half the price - for double the number!). Left with the promise that they would send people to measure our windows for the rods, deliver the curtains - and also to measure our sofa for a bit of upholstery work. People came, and delivered the curtains - and we found that there was one curtain less than what we had bought. The shop ABSOLUTELY wouldn't acknowledge that the missing curtain was - in fact, missing! We searched high and low for the mysterious curtain at home, but no it wasn't there. Either they cheated us, or an employee stole the curtain while packing it for us. The shop has a few peculiarities that are startling - 1. A no-return no-exchange no-refund policy. It's stuck above the billing counter. What sort of policy is this? Flipkart will accept the return and refund of a pair of jeans you bought - but this shop won't accept the return of furnishing material? 2. No cheque-payments. Okay, if you're going to make a large payment, sometimes you wanna do it through a cheque. But no cheques. Can you imagine the answer they gave us when we offered a cheque? - "Please don't give us cheques, we'll have to pay tax. Only cash. " 3. AWFUL AWFUL customer service. It looks good outside, but it's trash inside. The people are AWFUL. It's just uniforms - they are NOT helpful, they are NOT polite.
We're going to give the upholstery job to a better shop.
