Diwan's Durbar, Kakkanad

We had a horrible experience with the food at Diwans Durbar today. We earlier had tasty food from here which made us come here again. However todays food had neither taste nor the masalas got blended to beef or chicken. Also the service was also not to the mark and the time to deliver was higher than the usual. Overall experience was Bad!

Labonita is an excellent location for ladies beauty treatments, with ample parking facility. Their services are fabulous and affordable, worth every penny spent. Congratulations to Labonita and the entire team.

While the service was satisfactory, the food was very average. The chicken tikka was dry, the mint lime soda had almost no lime and the soda was flat. Will not go again!

Nice place and ambience. Good tasty food cooked hot. Ample parking and at the heart of Kakkanad. Seems like some small party hall is also available. Overall nice choice as a high class restraunts in Kakkanad. Consistent for many years with same great taste.

Both North Indian and Kerala cuisine was good. Starters were tasty. Chicken biryani was good. Parotta soft and fluffy. All together good and pocket friendly.

Food is very tasty. Reasonable price.
Atmosphere is good but during evening little more bright light is needed inside the resaurent

Tasteless food, uncooked chicken delivered and rude staff disconnected the call when gave them a call to give the feed back about the food. Never ordering or visiting the restaurant.

A nice segregated dining place at the heart of kakkanad. Good people, good food and good ambience. I always had issues with its air conditioning. Transparent kitchen from outside a good garden at entrance. There is no USP of this place so nothing that can be considered or spoken about specifically. I have typically been having north Indian dishes here. Parking can be challenging sometimes as the connecting road is very narrow.

It is good restaurant to take your family and friends. They have south Indian and North India cusines with Oriental added into the mix. Ambile parking space is there. There staff is friendly and responsive to your questions. In kakkanad area this is one of the places I recommend

The place where we go out as family. Best food in Kakkanad. Soo great ambiance and foof is awesome. Dragon beef, dragon chicken, chicken pattiala, appam.must tries.great staff and friendly

Ambience is really good. Staffs are good. There are lot of varieties of food available. But when it comes to taste of the food, It's just OK.
Not bad for sure. But there is nothing special about it.

Amazing place to have a dine out. The ambience is superb it feels like your having food in the middle of a garden, soft music in the background even the price quite reasonable! They even have a seperate space for having lunch/dinner meetings.

Food is good and the place is so quiet and they play good melodies in low voice, the place is clean and they serve tasty food and the serve fast. The waiting time is less. Plus the place has a good decoration.greenish place

High waiting time. Not that great in terms of food. Most customers are from office outings where you come in groups and gobble.

Nice food especially rice items, Biriyani was good with large quantities offered in vessels.nice ambience and reasonable rates, staff courtesy is good. Takes time to process the order, cleanliness is top notch. Has good seating area outside for team lunch.

Good north indian food. A lot of variety to choose from. We visited this place as part of team lunch. There were 22 people in our team. As it was a busy day, there was a huge crowd and food took its own delay. But found most of the cuisine tasty.
Parking is available for 6-7 cars and there is enough space on the road as well. The outdoor is well maintained

Would rate it for their good ambience and starters alone. The food preparation took a lot of time, and didn't taste good too. Their noodles smelled like that of a medicine, and had to pour curry gravies to lower down the odour. Paneer butter masala and butter naan were good. Need to improve on their Chinese dishes, as well as on their service.

Great ambiance but not so great food. Feels like they have some ingredients kept ready, which they will mix together and kept on heat and serve. Hope the owners will look at this review and make things better.

Diwans durbar
We have been to this fantastic restaurant many times over the years, it’s by far the best in the area, a really good varied menu with something for everyone. Ex. Very Good Restaurant lives up to its name! The food really is very good! More importantly, so is the service. The staff are friendly and helpful and offer great advice to diners.

Nice ambiance & good family non-vegetarian restaurant, south indian menu taste has to be improved a bit. Tasted chicken Chettinad gravy, noticed bit different.

Worst service ever I had. If you want to have dinner you should order food at noon itself and then only u will get food at dinner. Specially waiters here doesn't know how to treat their customer. Worst service ever

The good part is the building, location it's nicely done interiors, comfortable seating, helpful staff and not to miss the bike with a side seat outside. All these are highlights.
But when it comes to food, North Indian dishes scored over the others.
The noodles were just okay. More mutton items in the menu could be great.

Multicuisine restaurant with awesome ambience. Good menu listing of items. Desserts are served here. Parking lot is available. Especially a good front side having rest sofas and nice scenery

The ambience was not that awesome like I had heard. Now about the food, well the veg paneer lahori and paneer pakooda was awesome but my friends (who ate the non veg dishes) said the non dishes were just average and some of them were bad. So I'm not sure what to rate, I have rated for the veg dishes. Hope this helps.
