D'LIFE Home Interiors

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by D'Life - Trivandrum. We chose this firm based on the recommendation of a relative who had multiple interiors done in Kochi with them, but our experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unsatisfactory.

We purchased a newly constructed home in May, and at that time, the house was 90% complete. We contacted D'Life - Trivandrum on 14th May to discuss the interior work. However, from the very beginning, we faced delays and unresponsiveness. The final quote was taking much longer than anticipated, and there was no sign of the promised 2D design.

Due to the continuous delays, we had to change our advisor on 1st June, hoping that this would expedite the process. To speed up the work and ensure an experienced advisor, we even paid an advance token as requested by the Senior Area Sales Manager. Unfortunately, the situation did not improve as promised.

Initially, the Senior ASM assured us that the project would be delivered by mid-August. However, this deadline has now been pushed to mid-September. The team has consistently failed to meet the promised dates, and we have had to constantly follow up on milestone dates such as 2D design, 3D visualization.

To make matters worse, it took almost two months of constant communication and reminders to receive just three pictures, supposedly the 3D designs, on 6th July. We are yet to get final "Quote". This kind of delay and lack of progress is simply unacceptable.

Considering the level of disappointment and frustration we have experienced so far, I cannot recommend D' Life - Trivandrum to anyone. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to meet deadlines have made this entire process extremely stressful for us. It is regrettable that a firm with a supposedly good reputation has failed to live up to our expectations.

Renjith's proactive approach and prompt communication made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

Furthermore, the entire team at Dlife provided excellent service. They were friendly, responsive, and always ready to address any concerns or queries I had. The installation process was executed with great efficiency, and the craftsmen displayed remarkable skill and attention to detail.

In conclusion, I am delighted with the experience I had with Dlife. I wholeheartedly recommend Dlife for anyone seeking top-notch interior design services. They have certainly earned my highest praise, and I am grateful for their exceptional work.

Excellent services throughout all phases of project from design to installation. Professional staff who understand the clients requirements and budget and provide the best possible design and execute the job with in the committed time.

Not at all creative. I have them a sign off sitting outside the country based on pictures and a lot of lip service but when I came to see it, I was disappointed.

They do the homes of stars well and they trade off against a free advertisement or endorsement from these guys but in reality of you are a common man like me, stick to a normal firm who are least are much more creative.

Nice business model but not worth the hype.

We had a very pleasant experience engaging D'LIFE for designing and building cabinets. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant from beginning to end. We had chosen D'life to do the interiors of our newly acquired flat. Being non resident, we wanted to ensure that the work is entrusted to someone who are professional thoroughbreds and could provide a high quality of work without compromises. As expected, they have lived up to their high standards of quality and craftsmanship in bringing to life our interior space within the timeframe stipulated. I must also mention the services rendered by their professional team comprising Renchith, Vikas and Sudeep, who assisted in visualizing and implementing the project. Highly recommended if budget is not a constraint. Premium comes with a tag.
