The facilities are top-notch, and the staff and doctors provided excellent service. Highly recommended!

Avoid 100%. Nursing staff are untrained - they introduce air embolism in each injection and IV line. Extremely dangerous for patient.

Recently visited this hospital.doctors and staffs are good but the canteen food is worst and the behaviour of the staffs in the canteen is soo poor

Very happy with the dermatologist doctor here Dr Annie. I have been to several do tor within 8 years due to skin issues. Instant recovery, proper diagnosis and excellent treatment planning. Extremely happy with the oldest hospital here in Kottayam.

The lab provided a subpar experience by delaying results without proper explanation. They collected blood samples twice due to a missed first test, and the patient waited an additional hour after the second test without any apology or explanation.

The op counter in the hospital is very rude. The security staff is very decent. It seems that all the editors I saw are at the op counter.and market behavior
