I Thank all the hospital staff. I felt I must write in to praise for the care and kindness I received from the nurses and all the staffs working on St.benedict ward. I was been admitted for the last 5 days due viral fever severe headache which I was suffering very severely thanks to DR. It was my first experience with Don Bosco Hospital two weeks ago. I am extremely grateful to the entire Don Bosco team for the excellent treatment facilities provided to my wife who was admitted for a couple of days during this month. Doctor Naveen and Dr Nikhil have displayed exceptional professional approach. The supporting staff was always courteous and prompt in their services. Finally I would like to say a Big Thanks to the insurance team for a hassle free claim settlement. I strongly recommend this Hospital to all Residents of Paravur and nearby places.

I regularly take my parents to Don Bosco hospital and I must say they have extremely talented staff members and doctors working round the clock. It’s affordable too. More importantly, I really appreciate the hospitality that comes around.

വിശുദ്ധന്റെ പേരിൽ ഉള്ള അറവുശാലയാണ്. ഇല്ലാത്ത രോഗം ഉണ്ടാക്കി ടാർഗറ്റ് തികയ്ക്കാൻ ഇരിക്കുന്ന പീഡിയാട്രിഷൻ ഡോക്ടർ കുഞ്ചറിയ. ആതുരസേവനം അല്ല അവിടെ ആരോഗ്യക്കച്ചവടം ആണ് നടക്കുന്നത്.

Many Doctors and facilities are good but they are asking religion while taking registrations. What is the importance of religion while humans are sick?

The hospital on a whole has a good environment and it's very clean. Thank you for Personalized and Specialised care from the nursing and supporting staff for each patients at each process.

One of the worst hospital I've ever been.
Don't waste your time here, get better doctors and management elsewhere.

PRO himself is a joker having no sense or value for customer's time. Made us to wait almost an hour to show up to give his excuses about their policies (which are obviously beneficial for them). He was more concerned about his phone than solving problem of customer in front of him.

Registration and revisit department is there to find all the sneeky ways to garb money from you.

Charging for the faults happened from their service side. Their doctor took leave on the day scheduled for my pre-scheduled re-visit on 14th day, and when we went on next day we were asked to pay for re-reg fee saying that it's been 15 days since last visit.

Worst part is, out of 14 days of medicine from them, my health condition didn't even change a bit, but worsen. I was on the agony that I went on useless medicine and treatment, and when I went there, they're behaving like this.

Later I came to know that this is a common thing happening there.

Very rude lift and security staff. And a big pile of mismanagement.

Worst Cardiology Doctor. Senior Dr with zero knowledge.
Doctors have the responsibility to tell the details to the patient's relative regarding the seriousness of illness if any. He didn't do that. If he did so my father would have been with us.

Staffs are friendly, there isn't much parking area in the front, you will have to go around to get access to the backside parking

Visited for food poison with in an hour 1700 rs they charged,
In chennai i face the same situation they charge only 450 rs,
High charge i faced with this hospital, that for a simple food poison starting stage only,
easily with medicines and an injection it can get solved.
