Very nice place and we get the vintage vibe in that restaurant and also good customer caring and fast delivery is provided there. I am very satisfied because the fast delivery and taste. Good quality food are supplied there. I ordered a pizza and i get the pizza within 15 minutes, there fore the delivery is very fast and good. You all must visit the restaurant for good food and good service you can experience. Then thank you

This is a really good place for a quick bite if you are travelling through mangalore kochi national highway. They have a good menu and the food tastes good. They can have more seats for customers also a washroom is essential as most of the customers are travellers.

Good place for western food and beverages on the kannur kozhikode highway. Reliability of the name Downtown, adequate parking space are the plus points. Unavailability of a bathroom, though is a huge letdown, especially as a highway stopover.

Check the price before you order! Even a cup of tea or coffee costs a lot. Food was average for me.

Food and Juice is okay. Price is very high.not justified for the quantity they provide.
Overly priced.

I had ordered a burger from this outlet via zomato. Look at what i found inside the burger. A metal piece. Luckily it was me who felt it while chewing. I had given the earlier bite to my 3 yr old son.what if anyone had swallowed that piece? And i have tried contacying them since 3 days and still no response. Never ever order from here. U can get urself hurt

Its an express cafe of fous down town cafe at calicut. Small cafe situated near kollam chira. My expectations were high regarding the dishes because of the cafe name itself, The down town. But the dishes were average only. Nothning extraordinary to say about any dishes.i had one DT CHICKEN club sandwich with fries. The fries came with them were soggy and was not at all good. As the price is on a higher side the let down from these dishes is unacceptable. They maintain a good exterior there which i find as a little positive.

Ordered two filter coffees & a brownie from their menu after specifically asking the person at the counter whether the coffee would be freshly brewed, to which he said yes. But the coffees turned out to be just plain instant coffee! That’s unacceptable.

The brownie was okay, but was served cold.

If the menu says ‘filter coffee’ specifically, one at least expects it to be filter coffee, otherwise just mention ‘coffee’ as every other place does.

And the price is ₹60 per cup — when pure freshly brewed filter coffee in traditional cafés and restaurants (which is hard to find in Calicut) but easily available in places like Palakkad) usually costs around ₹30.

Overall poor service. Would avoid in the future. Don’t know about the other food but for coffee (which is supposed to be what a cafe serves) extremely bad.

Nice Ambience. It's an ideal place to hangout with your friends and family. They have good cakes and great fries, best burgers & pastas. Pizza & Karak tea ️
