I don’t even want to give them a single star.such a pathetic service. My mom and me did facials and eyebrows. One named saraswathi gave massage to my mom & it was pretty good. She is the only one who cared. The one who did facial to me massaged me 4.18 minutes. Thats it. What is the point of wasting money like this. Will never ever visit this place.

I had the pleasure of having facials, eyebrow threading etc was so professional and would communicate and explain to me what she was going to do. They always makes sure that the client is comfortable and they use high end products as well. Definitely recommend services from the side of Dr Kanaka's Beauty Clinic.

I was a regular customer there but due to COVID lockdown i was not able to go there and today I went there for treatment and ladies who are working there were simply sitting and when I reached there, they came and suggested some treatment.while doing my treatment they are murmuring to their student about my skin, my skin is too damaged, not a good skin etc.after treatment they continuously asking me to buy some home care Creams and i told them politely i don't want because I don't have much time to do all these things because of my work so there is no use of buying it and again they forced to buy it and suddenly the senior staff saying " BUY IT ONLY WHEN YOU HAVE MONEY" that too in teasing mode. I told them i was a regular customer and you know it, so it's not about money but I don't have much time to use it so there is no use of buying it so thats the END! Every Customer is a king.if a customer telling you, they don't want home care Creams, respect it, if it is because of lack of money/time whatever.why you guys are forcing and teasing them. Now i understood why you guys are simply sitting and looking at face to face eachother. DO YOUR SERVICE WITH RESPECT! Goodbye from a regular customer. Thank you!
