We booked an honeymoon package for one day
Including candle light dinner, Polaris and horse ride. Really it was a wonderful and pleasing experience. Room service and staff have done a good job much appreciated
Highly recommended stay for any one looking to stay close to nature with some activities

It was our honeymoon and we spent well here. Staff were really helpful, they served delicious food.

I went with my family. From the front desk on the arrival, to the front desk to the departure, everything was noteworthly appreciable. Love the experience as a whole. I would recommend it to anyone without a second thought.

Stay was good
We could only do stay for 1 day. All the staffs were friendly, they made sure we were comfortable and well provided. Breakfast was very good. Plant setting was also good. Good view and nice room. Rooms well maintained and decor is pleasant. Activities were good. Resort is very good with valley view. Overall nice stay. Thanks to the amazing folks around…we will come back soon…

We had a very wonderful experience. The staffs was very supportive. Very hygienic wash rooms&toilet rooms. Well equipped restaurant with superb tasty food. Camp fire, Indoor games, Polaris ride, Jeep safari can be enjoyed here. Spa centre is also available within the resort. Suitable for families & bachelors.

I recently stayed here and had an amazing experience. The resort is surrounded by spice plantations, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The hospitality is very good. The cottage is very good and spacious. The tree houses are unique but very small and have questionable hygiene. Roads to the resort are pathetic. It will damage your tires.

Dream Catcher Plantation is located in the hills of Munnar. This property is a collection of exclusive tree house, honeymoon cottages and superior rooms surrounded with tea and kadam plantation to stay, enjoy and experience the nature.
Food is OK. Hospitality service is NOT to the mark. Safely and hygiene is just OK. Overall No Value for Money. Will not recommend.

The ambience and the view was amazing and so beautiful. And thier breakfast was too good.

That's the only thing I felt positive in this resort. Even it is a 3 star resort, they are too expensive. Thier package is not worth. In dinner, their rice dish pulav was stale. And also they charge high gor the dinner. They will say they have Cardamon garden and orange garden in property. But the fact is you can't walk through the cardamon garden. There no way for walking through it. And you can only see 2 or 3 orange tree.

Our check in time was 1.00 pm and we reached their nearly 1: 30. And we forced to wait 45 min to enter the room. And you need to pay half amount as advance and the balance is when you reached the resort. The first thing they ask you is to pay the balance. And next day, yhey will callyou at sharp10: 30AM for inform you to vacate the room 11: 00 AM.

And they haven't hot water pool. But they will say you need nylone dresses for use the pool.

And must say this, this is the worst hospitality I ever experienced in my life. They didn't listen you properly even the receptionist. They will pass the responsibility to other staffs. If you check the reviews properly you can see many people mention this hospitality issue. But their restaurant team must be appreciated. The boys and girls was so good with guests. And also the person in reception, Mr. Manoj was good.

This my personel experinece. And the day I checkout, other than me, 3 teams also complained about the stay, hospitality and food etc.

Dream Catcher Plantation Resort is a truly spectacular and luxurious resort, set in twenty acres of exotic tea and cardamom plantations in Western Ghats of Kerala. With a lot of resorts in and around Munnar, it was definitely a difficult choice to choose a good resort for a stay which is not only neat and clean but also family friendly and safe. That is when we got a recommendation through a friend regarding Dream Catcher. So we just booked it, we just opted for regular rooms, but there are tree huts and cottages available. Very well sized and clean rooms with hot water available and room service if you are feeling lazy to go to their restaurant to eat. Food was really good too. The resort is within a 20+ acre tea plantation.so even if you do not go outside you can enjoy within the premises. It is family friendly and safe place, with a lot of picturesque places around, the view was absolutely breath taking. Not to mention the infinity edge pool which was a bit cold but once the body warmed up it was such a blissful experience. Breakfast was buffet based with Intercontinental style or even normal Indian breakfast menu as well. You wouldn't want to go anywhere else once you stay here, just get lazy and enjoy what the place has to offer especially with the right climate. Next time would love to choose the Tree House to stay.

I enjoyed the dream catcher resort stay with my family. The View in the resort was spectacular and we went for Polaris ride it was a different experience altogether. We did horse riding and spent sometime in pool also. Room service was little below par may be because of the rush in weekends. The resort is worth visiting again

It was a pleasant stay. Enjoyed with family but had some problems with the intermittent weather conditions

The resort is in an awesome location but the room and facilities are very poor, wash room fittings are pathetic, linen in rooms are not clean, I think they are not washing it after every use. Restaurant- you need to order food 1 hour before you need it, for any food item they take one hour for preparation. (If you buy 2 porotta and curry, it will take one hour for preparation and if you need one more porotta you need wait for another one hour, also the food was just okay. You can get better rooms and service in other resorts in Munnar with even cheaper cost.

One of the best natural resort in munnar. Tree house is the main attraction here. Nice ambiance and cool atmosphere. We can feel the fresh air here. Little bit expensive but value for money. Rates: tree house: 11500, tea garden cottage: 8500, normal room: 5500

Excellent ambiance with scrumptious food, tidy rooms and friendly staffs. We are so delighted to spend two days here. If you are looking for a place for a staycation in munnar, you can definitely choose this resort. They provide lots of services which will help you to get engaged whole time including Polaris ride, horse ride and swimming pool. Overall it was a great experience for us excluding the road to the resort.

Too much expensive for food items. They charging rent as much like a five star hotel rate But Rooms are not upto that standard.

Great location and views. Photogenic spots all around. However the accommodation is pathetic and way too expensive for this price. Even though it's only 3star, cleanliness is one thing which goes missing. Apartments are not all well maintained and some of staff service is poor. They are also short on staff. Above all, what was shocking is to see staffs not adhering to covid protocols. At least 30% of the staff doesn't wear mask!

Me and my wife was traveling, it was a nice place for relax, Location is so nice, Hanging Bridge, Off road ride, Hourse ride was good experience, House ride may can extend little more time, Pool was so good, Food is nice, breakfast may can do littlle more like keep some cold milk with cereals, and small live station for tea or egg, lunch and dinner was nice, prices are comparatively good, Staffs are so nice, always ready to help, front desk and restaurant staff are so friendly. Rooms are make us bit disappointed, we stayed 2 days in superior room and 2 days in tree house, superior room with this price not even provide a hot water kettle or one mini fridge in room, bathroom is so congested, Tree house is designed so nicely, room have enough space and provided with water kettle and tea, coffe options and still have same problem with bathroom, congested, but can understand its top of tree, but when compared price for tree house may can do bit more facilities on bathroom, Over all we are enjoyed our 4 days with good food and plantation walk and other activities.

Best in view. Foggy, natural sound.

Cons:
For a 3star resort, price for food are higher like for ex: banana fry Rs. 90 charged.

As its a hill top area, motorable will be difficult

Very much disappointed with the stay.

Honest opinion:

Our check in time was 1.00 pm. We reached there by 12.30 pm after around 4 hours of drive. And we had to wait till 2.30 pm for getting our room. Half the payment was done while booking. And as soon as we reached, they asked for remaining payment. After doing the payment the receptionist asked us to roam around and have a look around as the room is not yet ready. It was horrible as we were tired after the drive.

Coming to the stay, we had booked a tree house as it was in our bucket list to stay in a tree house. And we had to pay 10k for the room which had a double cot bed and attached toilet. The room doesn't have a wardrobe neither a dress hook. And the lighting in the room was poor. Two small tubes were not sufficient for the room.

The resort has a hanging bridge and a swimming pool and nearly 2-3 acres of tea garden where you can roam. The room boy told us to take the road near by the tea plantation to reach beautiful landscape. To our disappointment after nearly half an hour trekking we reached a grassland where so many goats were roaming which belonged to a local guy.

We stayed there for one day but we're disappointed as there were no other activities to do or places to go near by.

The check out time was 11.00 am and we got call sharply at 10.30 to vacate our rooms. If they had done it the previous day we wouldn't have to wait for two hours for our room.

Only good thing about the stay was the good food we got and a bunch of great photos taken.

The idea to live on a treehouse has been a chiildhood fantasy that eventually got fulfilled with my stay at Dream catcher. The chirping birds and locusts fills music to your ears throughout. The blanket of mist wrapping and unwrapping the mountain is breathtaking. Oh! How can i forget Jack and Romeo, the two horses whom my kids loved to cuddle and ride. It was their dream come true. The dirt ride on Polaris was equally exhilarating. Overall it was the best 2 days spent with family

Rooms are good and clean. Also the property is located in the tea garden. Good and pleasant vibes are coming from nature.

Without doubt one of the favorite resort I stayed is dream catcher plantation resort, Munnar! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant, very flexible (appreciate this!) and Akhil varma and Amith bro deserves a special thanks. We had one great evening here with awesome climate ️, which obviously also added up to the experience.

We had a wonderful stay with my family. We stayed for two days and it feels it was less. Beautiful mountains view and sprawling tea garden keeping a pleasant sight to the guests. Healthy and tasty food served at a reasonable price. The team providing best service.
During night we had an emergency health condition, Resort manager and Mr. Aneesh Joseph's team managed professionally. The hospitality and services provided by each staff of the resort was excellent and we were impressed by their courtesy. They cared a lot for our infant child. We enjoyed our stay and convey thanks to all associated with Dream catcher resort. I would suggest my colleagues to choose this resort for their comfortable stay.

Not upto the mark,
1- this resort is like a military camp where they follow only there military rules and not for entertaining their guest.

2 - Too expensive food like tea @50 rs and poratta @ 40 +gst.

3- kettle, sugar, tea bags is not given in room, extra payment for even water (Rs. 40). Guest is made compel to drink tea frm their restaurant.

4- the infrastructure and furniture in the room is not suite to premium resort.

Nice and calm place to a break from busy life. Good and vibrant ambience. Don't miss. For pool, there is dress code of nylon or polyester.

We had a wonderful stay at Dream Catcher Munnar. Dream Catcher was a really a dream come true. The Misty mountains, the hanging bridge over the lush green tea plantations, delicious food, excellent customer service along with activities like Horse ride, adventures ATV ride and other indoor activities kept us engaged and busy throughout. All together the trip was enchanting and blissful.

Good climate and ambiance, but very low quality food and management. They are charging 5* charges for rooms but the rooms are not worth full. I suggest this resort for honey moon couples (but excluding foods). Not good for bachelor's.

The food and the place was so good. The road to the resort is bit jerky. But once you reach the destination it's so good with the tea estate and misty climate. Like the food very much. Got a life time memory from this place. Hope will visit again.

A unique and amazing experience in the heart of a plantation. The hosts were warm, welcome and extremely helpful about everything.

The place is great and has got awesome facilities to attract us to stay, like tree house room facing tea plantation and cardamom plantation infinity pool, watch tower, hanging bridge, polaris ride, horse ride etc. The misty weather in the evening make us feel like not to return to our home.
I opted treehouse to stay, but it was really congested and the washrooms were not upto the level. Also the food was overpriced and not keeping upto the usual standards that resorts/hotels provide. Hospitality was lacking from some of the staffs. They were bombarding with extra charges in the conversation upon arrival and created a hassle situation during check-in.
Also there is no elevator to reach the restaurant which is 3 floors above the ground level.
One more important thing to notice is that the resort is situated at long distance from munnar town and the road to the resort was quite bad (when we went).
Recommending the resort for the view and one time experience.

The classic venue, ambience and service of staff need a special mention. The staff was helpful and courteous. Easy check in. Lots of parking. Free wifi and internet. The hotel is tastefully designed for comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good and service was good too overall five star experience

I spent two nights here in April month with my wife. We liked each and every aspect of the resort, Cotage was in center of tea Plantation, it was one of awesome experience in my life.
It's real nature resort, Heaven on earth experience, worth of the money, such a wonderful views from the room, well cleaned and maintained room and restaurant, staff was so helpful and kind enough.food was so delicious with lot of varieties.we enjoyed every bit.

Gr8 place to relax. A total detour. Waiting time for lunch too high. Though worth the wait. Gr8 location. Enjoyed.

Great ambiance. View from the room is really adorable. Best place to have a weekend hideout with family. Staffs are really co-operative. The only problem is that resort is situated in a remote place. Road to the resort is bad. Food is just average. We had some delay in food servicing apart from these two things dream catcher resort is a paradise.

This is one of the better resorts in the price range
It's a little difficult to access, but I am guessing that's the case with most of the resorts in Munnar, especially when u demand a good view
Good views (go for 2nd floor and above), good service, awesome pool, bad food

Beautiful views: Huge mountains on one side and Hotel owned well maintained Tea gardens on the other side, so two views in One
Epic infinity pool: big enough to play, shallow enough to laze around and click nice pics
Observation deck: They have a observation deck, where you can have a 360 view of the mountains tea gardens and mountains
This is also the place where they held the born fire night but not sure if that's a regular thing

Cons: Pathetic food

Dont go there by blindly seeing the video by youtubers since the resorting is providing these kind of ads.
Service wise very poor.
Nobody is there to explain the activities.
Food was not that good.
Resort is located on a plantation and 1 hr 20 min away from munnar town.
Road condition was very pathetic, better go there in a SUV

I felt the stay was ok but food is not great. They don't even have a live counter for breakfast. The best thing is the swimming pool. There is nothing arnd this place so we were forced to eat here only.

The property is beautiful - right in the middle of the tea plantation. Stayed in the tree house and it was an absolute experience. The staff is nice and polite. However, the food was disappointing.

Resort is pretty good, well maintained. Only problem is food service is little slow. May be it is because it's away from town and restaurant serves only it's guests, so they have less staff.

25kms away from munnar, there is a beautiful view from the balcony of rooms, you can see mountains covered with clouds in the morning. They have their own tea garden and have some tree houses there. A walk on the road is a great experience.

Resort with eco friendly environment

Had a great stay with family and friends. I must tell the hospitality provided was excellent and the rooms were cleaner and the property was maintained well. Room had, geyser with 24 hrs hot water supply and most importantly got good view from room. Buffet break fast and dinner were fantastic. They have a great facilities such has spa, pool, off road ride, in house trucking, kids play area etc. The In-house activities should be a high selling point. The staffs were so gentle and professional.overall good Value for money.
All went fine and thank you Dream catcher for providing good memories.

It was a wonderful stay and i am glad to share my experience. I got a warm welcome by the staff members on reaching. They helped with the luggage during checkin and checkout both. The moment i entered the room, i was happy n satisfied with my decision of choosing this hotel as the rooms are neat and clean and were well equipped with all the necessary things. The staff was very courteous, always pleasing, they were constantly checking if everything is OK or we need anything more. This kind of experience, i have never experienced for the money that i had spent. The hotel rooms were very clean and especially i am very particular about the bath rooms. The bathrooms looked like a new one every day. The stay in Tree House gave me a totally different experience in that rainy evening. That was one of the most memorable night in my life. They also have an excellent restaurant and free breakfast. The restaurant staff were very polite and they offered and customized our food for whatever we asked. The food was very delicious. I spend a good time in swimming pool as didnt went for sight seeing a day. The efforts done by them make you feel like home and it is worth appreciating. U can for sure consider this hotel for stay without thinking much n believe me u will not regret as its worth the money.

Structure and environment of this hotel best.all greenery.specially tree house experience was best.surrounding area of tree house is occupied by tea plants.the view from top is the awesome.no words to say.hotel room are also good an clean.everyday clean the room.and food is also good.

A lovely place to stay, surely a paradise. Approachable road is tough but you will never regret it. Staffs are awesome and very friendly. Little reluctant to do room service after 9 pm. But that will not stop or create any hassle.
