Dreamnest Residency

We went there as a family with kid.we took family double bed room with balcony.we stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days.we had to early check-in since we booked train earlier.they allowed us with nice gesture.they made us feel like home.we enjoyed the stay there.also its centre of the city so we got everything around there.

The rooms are very neat send big. Located very near to city center of kalpetta. As I am a vegetarian was very helpful as there were few vegetarian restaurants at walkable distance. Only draw back is we don't get any food at this stay.

Great budget stay in Kalpetta.

You can cover almost everything as it’s the centre for all the tourist spots in Wayanad!

I am writing this review, as our family have recently visited Wayanad and spent 2 night there. Its in center of the city and good place to stay with very good restaurant near by like veg and non vegetarian, and walkable from Dream Nest.
Staff was really co-operative and very friendly. Its in the center of city but you will not feel and can enjoy greenery in hotel compound.

I had a great room with a view of Chembra. Owners are super nice and helpful. Ask him about Mustafa - he is a tuktuk driver and a guide who makes your stay amazing.

Rooms are good, comfortable & clean. Very near to bus stand. Lot of restaurants near by. Staff over there very polite. Value for the money.

I am writing this review as i have recently visited Wayanad and spent 3 night there. I do recommend if you are looking for homely environment, family or couple friendly and also pocket friendly hotel. Its in center of the city and good place to stay with very good restaurant near by like (Udupi for veg and emmi's for Non veg) both are really good restaurant and walkable from Dream Nest.
All the sight seen are with in 12-30 k.m range if you stay in kalpeta.

Stayed here recently for 3 nights. Really enjoyed our stay.the hosts were very helpful, upgraded our room, helped us with onward travel arrangements. The room was quite spacious. Just be aware of the local mosque and temple which are well heared in the whole area at different times of the day. Adds to the atmosphere I suppose. At least you don't need an alarm clock in the morning.smiley

We had booked for a day where checkin was at 2 pm. However our bus reached early morning 5 am, they allowed for early checkin with nice gesture. Staff is very friendly. Near to new bus stand and one veg restaurant. Hot water not available in room however on request they provide same

We booked 3 rooms here. Rooms are very clean and hygiene. Room service is good. Room location are very close to kalpetta bus stand. Cost of each rooms are economic only when compared with other residency. Also have car and bike parking spaces. Have more hotel and shops near the room so it's worth for money.
