Would have given a negative rating for the service if the option were there, very bad behaviour from the staffs and the price is overrated

One of the Worst Hotels Stayed in Trivandrum, Booked AC Deluxe Room for 1800, and they don't even provide soap to the guest, No Cleanliness. Worst guys servicing in the reception, An old man in the reception giving attitude like staying free of cost. Pls don't book room in the Hotel

Cheap and best hotel. Don't take Grove floor rooms. You won't get mobile signal and room is not good.

It's quite close to each and every basic facility like eatery Bus station, Railway station, Near by market.
Room are average in Nature prefer AC room in hot season.
No add on Service there like water bottle or Shop for Bath they provide.

Almira in room are old style.
Washroom is also average, No Shower Facility.
It's closed building so Lobby is also congested.

Room are comfortable although if you have plan for One day stay.

I am a driver based in TVM. I am sharing the bad experience faced by my guest in Dreamz Hotel tvm. The Hotel room is very bad. The room is full of lizards, cockroaches and spiders etc. Moreover, the people at the reception were drunk. They also misbehaved with ladies.

Not upto the mark. Room was not ok neither it's seems clean. Linen was also not good.

Checked in yesterday, A/C was not working when we asked them same and he said some one will come waited one hour. Nobody came, room had an irriting bad smell. Bath rooms were cleanless and flush not working. We informed them after one hour that we dont wat this room and we are checking out. We immediately told we cannot give the money back. We didnt ask the money even.
They are looting money from people without providing proper service or facilities.
This name should be changed to Dreamz Lodge, even the loadge also will be better than this.
Please dont opt for this. Not a safe place for family, friends.

I don't even want to give 1 star also. I want to give the rating in minus. This is the worst experience i ever had. There were spiders, insects and lizards in the rooms. There are oil stains all over the walls. The room was not even clean when we arrived.there were dusts all over the floor. Please don't plan to stay in this hotel.

The worst hotel ever! If you are planning for a trip here, please look for some other place to stay. There are plenty around, with very less cost. This one is worst of all. We planned on staying here in emergency and it was our biggest mistake. There are insects creeping from every where. The rooms are dirty as hell. Bedsheets, blankets, pillows are smelly, with black spots and marks. If there was a negative grading system, I would have given this stupid hotel a "-100". The hotel is so bad that the receptionists couldn't even understand any other language apart from the native one. It was extremely problematic for us tourists.

DON'T EVER STAY HERE!

Met my requirement of staying overnight. Near to railway station. Not spacious but A/c rooms are good for mosquito free sleep. Receptionist is not friendly even after I paid whole amount in advance. Veg and non veg restaurants are nearby. May not be my first choice next time.

I stayed here for 2 days in 2016. I am not sure if I liked that much. Nearby places looked ok though. I remember going to a decent restaurant and had nice food like Dosa.
However, Trivandraum is one of the nicest cities in India in terms of civility of people and overall cleaners. They improved a lot from my 1st visit in 1992.

Nice rooms and greedy people. Once my money got stuck and 3 times i came to trivandrum to collect it. That much trouble makers. So always beware when u deal

Ac rooms are very cheap. You can get good Ac rooms in reasonable prices. Rooms are also clean.

Receptionist behaviour is very bad. He is behave very angry with customer, very rude. Wastage of money. Guys I request you not to go there
