DTDC Courier service

Fast, efficient and reasonable. Been using them for a long time. Timely delivery and they take care of the package if breakable.

Never Going Back Again.

Poor experience.not at all friendly.really very bad customer satisfaction. Ask your staff to check with Professional courier, how professionally the deal.

Courier was sent by University. However, DTDC (Kochi) didn't deliver to my home and returned it, saying University didn't put my num in the courier. We all were at home and noone tried for delivery.
Receiver contact number should be a mandatory field, if DTDC uses it as an excuse for non-delivery.

This post will be for public awareness about DTDC & will be removed only once delivery is made. As long as this post is visible, let the public be aware that DTDC hasn't solved the problem they have created.

I had a delivery today and I contacted the lady Shiny. She was very rude with me and trying to avoid my questions or doubts on to update delivery address. The first call she disconnected on face and the second time I called I asked her name and informed I need to know the details. She was very reluctant to take the order number and help out. I hated her behaviour and she doesn't deserve to sit there to service the customers.

It's not we are taking a free service! Her sarcastic and rude behaviour matches the worst evil in Kochi town.

To the Senior management: try a surprise call to understand what is happening at your office. Because of this lady the whole organisation becomes a shame!

Excellent service, supportive staffs and better transportation. Couriers now a day reach the next day morning itself.kudoos

Very poor customer service. Delivery boys don't have the manners and not looks like professionals.they always said come and collect from office.very bad service I ever had

Highly unprofessional service. I called them to enquire about a courier charge and they were behaving very rudely.

Need improvement in service. No packing option. For laptop courier, they planned to pack it in a plastic sack and send it across. Seeing that, i just left the place.

Very very poor service. They don't deliver your parcels on time. I have to call them whenever I see "your product is out for delivery" and they'll deliver it only after my call. If you have a choice, please find some other courier companies.
