They update ‘delivered’ in their system even without delivering to the customer (R73991065) and don’t even respond to our calls. Very irresponsible service. Parcel is still stuck in their office for many days now. They don’t even respond. Worst service

Due to balance change short, executive tell me to make 50 rs gpay to QR code after receiving 100 rs note.i forget to collect 100rs back after gpay.the phone number is also not connecting.

They don't have service to most of the places, which they don't tell the dispatcher.
Use this service only if you want to punish the receiving person.

A very bitter experience from this office. Highly irresponsible, which doesn't bothered about what had happened to the parcel which has not delivered even after 21 days. Asked them to return it back after 21st day. Please find some other agencies if you want to keep your words to your customer.

Horrible experience! I was supposed to send a courier to LA for my friends wedding. The courier was supposed to reach her in 4 days, and after waiting for a week and tracking regularly, it still hadn't left India office. On the 7th day, the staff ignored my calls and I had to visit the office to know the issue. Finally they tell me that there is a customs issue and the items will be returned to me.

For an item that had to reach US in 4 days, they wasted more than a week and the staff did not even have the courtesy to apologize or give me a proper reason. Extremely disappointed with their service.
