Eat by Citrine

I’ve visited various restaurants in Trivandrum. Most of them were either difficult to reach or located on the top floor. However, this one was on the ground floor, which made it easily accessible for my elderly family members. The food was not only delicious but also incredibly fresh; you could genuinely taste the freshness of the spices and oil used. Their unique menu sets them apart from the rest, and the staff were all very friendly. I’ll definitely explore their other branches since they assure the same level of service.

The staffs courtesy and service was top notch. They took the liberty to explain the dishes and the history behind it and even made us sample some before placing order.

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience, the food and the ambiance.

Loved the food served. The F&B Manager Saju and team took very good care of us and we had a good time. Ambience was good and place was clean. The hotel has ample parking space also and is conveniently available on S S Kovil.
maps location was bit off (Hotel was earlier in the road but map was showing further ahead. Better to ask people on the road after reaching).
Would love to visit again for the other traditional fare available there.

Food not tasty and lacks consistency. Not up to expectations. Employees are not active. However ambience and parking good.

We had a wonderful time here. The ambience was calm and serene. The food was delicious. There were many authentic Kerala delicacies. Would definitely recommend this place. Eat by Citrine is a rare gem to find in Trivandrum.

Quite knowledgeable staff that explain all the dishes in a very descriptive way that makes it hard to choose. Tried a variety of dishes and loved everything.

An amazing find for us! Their Kushka which is a tamil nadu variety of biriyani served in a kizhi made with banana leaf is consistently delicious. Grilled whole scallions and garlic and all. Rocking tradition
