Hi I am Jithin Joy Konikkara working as Cyber Security Professional at Intelliflo, Infopark. Eben Telecom is an excellent workspace for both freshers and experienced people. I joined Eben as fresher in 2019 for the designation NOC Support Engineer and that was a great start for my career journey. My TL and senior employees were very much supporting in every work scenarios.

Supporting team and management, also company has a wonderful workspace and provides a comfortable working environment.

Worst Management. They treats employees badly. They are biased in many situations. This hurt many other employees

I worked at Eben Telecom for about 2 years as a System Administrator, I could not save money from there, But i gained the knowledge and experience to carry a professional career for a long time.

So guyz dont believe this fake reviews, i am a past employer at eben, the management just treating like slaves and the basic salary was very poor thats why i resigned from their. I am clearly asking u dont u have a lil bit of sprain guys? Plz no one care those positive reviews all are fake

Absolutely disgusting.dont come here seeing the reviews these guys r forcing each n every employees to put the 5* rating.if u need a job with BASIC salary package find somewhere.this company wont even value the BASIC needs of an employee.when asked for salary increment, reply from HOD will be "company is in profit loss". And at the same time they will appoint new managers and pay them 6-7lk pa. Its better to be stay unemployed rather than working in this company.at least u'll get PEACE.

Y u guys are removing the bad reviews.if u want us to put good review treat the employees like that. This is the worst company i ever seen in my life. The salary scale is worst ever. Don't come to this company. If u want good knowledge better future try to join in any other company other than Eben Telecom and its brotherhood companies.

Absolutely one of the best places to work. People are kind, helpful and very optimistic about work. The worklife balance is brilliant.

They know what they do with years of experience in the telecom field only thing that I don't like there is the salary package labours are not getting enough salary even if they have experience

Slave master relationship existing between the employee and management. Worst working atmosphere.
