No proper service, Adding fake reason for not delivering the product. Very un professional. After reaching the here also they didn't deliver the product and adding fake reasons for not delivering.

They deserve zero rating.pathetic unprofessional people. They will say fake reason for not delivering.

The worst service ever. They won't deliver any thing on time. They'll give fake dates again and again instead of delivering it on time. You won't even get the courier even a week after the estimated delivery date.

Worst experience from them. Delivery Delay&bad behaviour. We can't get contact number or location details

Unreliable and Unprofessional. My parcel was in their hub for more than 4 days without being delivered.

Very bad service. 1 star given because there is no 0 star option. The item that was supposed to be received on the 3rd has been canceled today without my knowledge. So far no one has called to deliver the product to be received on the 4th and the product to be received today (8/10/22). I know they will cancel that too. My middle finger salutes. Pathetic and worst experience. Bad name for the whole courier service. Really wasting the time of customer waiting for the delivery.

They will just call you once.if tht is not picked up they send it back.and there is no way u can contact them.the number in msg with pin works rarely

The worst courier service ever. They don't even inform us. On the evening of courier arrival, they'll send us a message saying can not deliver because we didn't pick the call while they haven't even called us. After few days the order status was item lost. No contact number provided. I still don't know why they still keep a room there. Good for nothing fellows.

Worst service, they return the product back without calling customer and try to deliver it

When you order something online, and if the delivery partner @EcomExpress Please cancel the order asap. At least you will get the refund bit earlier, and also you can save plenty of your time. You know what i mean!

The worst delivery service that i have ever seen and they provide very bad and irresponsible services that you can't expect. The item was arrived at Perambra outlet a week before and there was no attempt to deliver the product.
They update status as "shipment un-delivered ; customer not available" without any contact of customer. Even has contacted at the customer care there was no response.
I really don't know what kind business are they doing. If they are not able to provide proper services then why can't they stop this work without bothering others. In that case we would have availed the services like Ekart and Delhivery which provide good delivery services.

They provide ever worst services you can expect from a shipping company.very irresponsible and 4 times they returned the items without notifying me but updating the status as customer not available.
To return the package also they never show up for pick up and again update it stating rescheduled on customer request. Really wish of having negative stars to rate these kinda people.

Worst service. Not even informed about the parcel and simply updated their status with "delivery attempted and failed to deliver the product"

Worst courier service. They will return your courier without even trying to contact you. My courier was there with them for last 14 days and they returned the product without even informing me. I have raised the complaint many times and they didnt even respond to it.

They just update the status out for delivery, then within 5-10 minutes they will change status to customer not available.
Atleast you should try to intimate the customer before returning back.

I really don't know what kind of business these people are doing.
I got a call from them and they didn't respond in the call.
The next moment am getting a message like undelivered and It delivered by tomorrow.
These kind of people are making the home delivery system unreliable to the user. Really Unprofessional. Am giving one star only for enabling the post button for this comment.

Very bad experience. The item was arrived at Perambra outlet 8 days before (16.11.2020). They updated the status out for delivery on 17th noon and after some time I got a message that the delivery attempt failed. After that no attempts for delivery has taken place from their side. Contacted the customer care many times since last week and they keep on saying that 'the item will be delivered in 24 hours'. Waste of time.

Very poor service. They are not providing doorstep delivery. If you face any issues please raise complaints to corresponding e commerce company and ecom express customer care. This may help to unlist your pincode for future orders and may use services of other couriers.

Very bad service they update the status out for delivery and few minutes later they update coustomer is missing and i visited the outlet for my product they told me that we can't give your product now and we will send it soon till now there is no update worst service ever seen very rude behaviour from the office staffs end always missing the delivery i think their objective is to return maximum product when i was visited there is a lazy and irresponsible misbehaving fellow on the office they never accept their faults BRIEFLY FELT WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Always fail in delivering the Amazon items on their first attempt of delivery though proper address is given. Third consecutive time on Amazon items

Bad service

When reached shipment they didn’t contact the customer then return the shipment before contacting customer.

I waited for my shipment more than one month after reached the parcel near location they irresponsibly returned shipment.

You guys must contact the customer before returning their parcel. When you can’t deliver shipment that properly You should call the customer we already provided contact number with the address,
If you call me before returning shipment I must come there and collect.

If you can’t deliver properly just leave the querier partner ship with reputed online shopping sites.

Without contacting customer, they update the status as "Unable to contact, customer not available" and package will be returned.
Not sure why Amazon is relying on to these guys when other courier services are doing good job in Perambra area.

They don’t have door to door delivery. They won’t even bother to intimate us once product has reached the point. They will simply update the status as “delivery attempted-customer not available”. Worst service.

The worst service ever.if your item is reached to peramra or vatakara location, that's it. They will keep the item for couple of days with them simple and when raise a compliant then you may get or you have to go and collect it from them.
