The parcel shows arrived at HUB in kochi on 7th MARCH, and they have not called nor delivered till date
worst service and there is no contact also for picking it up

One of the worst courier company I have seened Always deleyed delivery. Even there is no proper customer care service. No reply or e mails and no phone to call the local office. IVRS is also not good no representative to answer our qurys. This kind of company will damage the reputation of shipping companies like ajio, mintra etc

I have also faced some problem regarding delivery. My product reached hub and no response from the delivery team. Then i filed a complaint in ajio customer care. 2days after that i received my orders.

I am a customer from flipkart.
My product is not yet received to me. I hv asked to flipkart about this issue, they told my product is already reached kochi (E com express) on 21/12/22.now. 26/12/22.till now they not even moved my product. They are delaying all parcel services. One of my friend also had same experience from them.

The worst delivery experience. Completely disappointed with the service. There has been no response even from the customer team when contacted

They failed to deliver the package even after 1 week at the nearest delivery center. They didn't contact me for delivery. Their contact number available is an IVR, which is not helpful. I had to personally go and collect the package, which they advised was not delivered due to their system issue.

I had to cancel my first cry orders multiple times so they can arrange other delivery partners rather than this pathetic ecom franchise (this branch only).
Avoid at any cost.

I wanna say worst service ever. But they don't provide any service at all they just scam you nothing else just pure 100% frauds

Worst home delivery service ever. I ordered the product on July 19 2022 and the package reached the courier team by 23 rd july 2022. Then didn't even contact or send a msg.on 29th i somehow found the place of the Ecom express office and got the package from there.

Avoid at all cost (I am talking of only this branch of ecom express), forget about delivering product, they wont even contact you. If by some bad luck your product is to be delivered from here, do one thing, after a day the product is reached there go there directly you will get the product, otherwise you can forget about it. They will keep it there itself or return back or worse they take it themselves, and you wont even know what happened.

Irresponsible.and worst courier service ever. They don't have enough delivery boys.
I received my parcel after a delay of more than 20 days which they call it as "Undisposible internal issue"

I didn’t gt my parcel yet.the destination is trivandrum.its been 5days the parcel reached ur hub.why didn’t u move? Its an urgent order.the vendor dispatch it on time, u people are not doing anything.

I haven’t yet got this product, and i got a mail from amazon that i have been requested to delay the package. This ecom express is a team cheatters. I visited the place on 16.04.2022, they didnt able to find the product. I felt really bad how they r handling the packages. Very rough, kicking the throwing the products, to find one product.

It's the worst delivery centre. They don't deliver your order on time. I have place an order but haven't received yet. It been 1 month. I have registered many complaints, but no use for that. It's not my 1st experience.

Very bad service. Consignment reached fourdays back at delivery centre.
No deliberate attempts made to either deliver the items to the address or contact the addressee.advise all to find out alternative serivce.

Pathetic service! Did not receive my order, delivery man was lazy to bring it to my address and instead demanded to collect from an unknown shop which i declined and he never contacted again.

Ecom express is the worst delivery partner. Dont have an option to give it 0 star else i would have. My package reached my location 3 days ago and they r still unable to deliver. There is no ckntact number to call and ask why its taking so long. All we have is the number where we call their main call center which is absolutly useless as they keep making fake promises.

Their Website, their customer care number, their Staff's, their customer care support email everything is worst one among another.

They will hold your product for long time.will never try to deliver.if you ever see your product delivery is assigned to them, do not wait for delivery.cancel it and save time. Because finally, that is going to happen.worst courier team in Kerala.

Very Very bad service. I Didnt get my courier on date. I paid the amount already … This is so bad to making fun of the customers.

ഒരു വിവരവും ലഭ്യമല്ല. കസ്റ്റമർ കെയർ ഒരു ബന്ധവും ഇല്ലാത്ത പോലെ. എന്റെ ഐറ്റം നവംബർ 20 ന് thoppumpady വന്നു. ഇന്ന് ഡിസംബർ 14 ഇത് വരെ ആരും കോൺടാക്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല. Thoppumpady to palluruthy ഇത്രേം ദിവസം വേണോ.

I got message product is out for delivery and not received product till the eve.when i tracked the item through their site found. Not delivered customer is out of station. Without any calls or message. This is not the first time am facing this problem.

Robbing people by not delivering product and send messages to the customer that product is delivered. SCAM in the name of a courier service.

Very very bad service.its been one month I've booked a product didn't got my parcel till now.when o contact ecom express customer care they were just saying will dliver today tomorrow just roaming with us. I've paid online payment also.i didn't received my parcel very bad service

Got the message that received the package at Kochi on Oct 28 till now no one contacted and ath the end of the day undelivered message will be sent to phone. Not at all professional service.

The worst courier service. They simply hold your package without delivering by saying they have "internal issue". Pathetic customer care and not at all helpful with resolving the issue.

My order reached kochi hub on 27th. On 28th a delivery guy called and asked for location details and share code saying he was near my location. I confirmed the location but didn't share the pass code as the product was not delivered yet. I didn't receive the product that day. By evening when I tracked the shipment it was showing undelivered customer not available. They don't have proper contact details. Some how found the location of their godown and went collected my order today. Even when I reached they were like shall we deliver it to you by evening. I said its already delayed and want it right now. Such a pathetic delivery service. Should give negative rating if possible.
NB: location is near karuvelippadi govt hospital. Enquire at auto stand nearby.

It's very bad experience for this Ecom Express. 15th oct i was purchased 1box mask.delivery showing 26th.this is very delay.nobody is not contact with me for this time.no response

Not connecting with recipient and then messaging unable to connect and return the shipment, is the habit or moto of this Company. I don't know how and why Flipkart or other e-commerce websites having tie-up with such a pathetic Company. Is it for rolling people's money till the time it is refunded?
