Worst service they are not delivering my product its more than 10days it keep saying locked

Worst courier service in India. My 3 or 4 shipments from ecommerce are returned by them stated that the customer not available. The current shipment is there in delivery hub since 4 days and nobody contacted me. I write to the customer care for the telephone number of the one who is responsible for the hub. But they dont give the number. My shipment is a birthday gift and that is today and the customer care team also not responding.

Such a rubbish courier service. They won't even try to deliver the product and update as if they have contacted us but actually they didn't. And once my brother went there to pick the courier as I need it urgently.then they were playing carroms and my brother filmed it. But unfortunately his mobile got damaged and we lost the video. And once again my parcel is with them and if I don't get my parcel I'm gonna complain you

Pathetic service, i went to pick up my parcel instead of get it delivered. No calls, messages from their end.

This was the worst delivery experience which i ever had. The parcel was in the office was over a week and they didn't even bother to call me to inform on it. I've waited over a week and went directly to pick it and even then they were behaving as if nothing happened and it's not thief duty to deliver the courier. So if anyone is in need of the parcel delivering through ecom express kuthuparamb, just directly go there and pick it and not wait for it

In my experience especially Manager & staff sincerely and also keeping customers friendly with good service.

Ecom express kuthuparamba are robbers. They are stealing the products without delivering or returning. They will not contact the customer and mark it as delivery attempted

Very bad service. My delivery date changed them and no more information from their said. If u have any problem to delivery this area please contact me. I will come your ecom express kuthuparambu shop or nearest your delivery area. If no way to delivery please call and you said your problem and cancel my order. Now all the day iam waiting my product. So many time I am calling u. Bt call was not working.

They're not delivers anything. The most bad and worst courier company in Kannur region. Every product return back without our consent.

Worst courier service.bloody they have put status that they attempted to deliver and the person is unavailable. They didn't make a single call. Evening status comes as undeliverable. And when I call to enquire on this the guy is not able to communicate in any language. He disconnected my call. One star is given because without that I can't enter my review.that also is more

Very bad service. They called me once but when attended I didn't hear anything.after that MSG came you were not available.all other couriers are calling me and delivering the courier but only you peoples sending msgs like am not available

These are real robbers.they do not have proper phone number or proper address.i had very bad experience.the delivery person wil call you once and within 1 second he will cut the call.if you call him back he will never attend the phone call and will put as address unreachable.if you see the reviews, you can see that this same situation has happened to many people.i have decided to go to consumer court.i request the people to strongly react on this

Such a bad experience. These people don't deliver products. They simply keep it undelivered. They won't even call you. But update the status as couldn't deliver. I tried to go and pickup the product and there was no office in the given address. My home is just 4 kms away from them and they didn't deliver the product. Can't even give 1 star rating. For god's sake don't use this logistics service. Customer cannot even contact them.

Worst courier service. They don't have any genuinity in delivering the orders. They are simply making the customers fool. I lost my package due to their worst service.
I feel shame to give even a single star. They are not eligible for even single star.

I don't know Why Amazon sending items like this worst shipping co. They will not deliver the goods.

Fake delivery attempt always. Gives a missed call and mark delivery attempted. You will never get your parcel

I have no clue how these guys are operating. They did not even make an attempt to deliver my product but updated their delivery attempt online. This is to make their clients believe that they are making an effort but the truth is the people working here are completely useless and do not want to do their job.

I would highly recommend to cancel your order when you see their name as the delivery partner. No regard for other peoples money and time. Will never respond to your calls and moreover don't even have a number that works.

They will call you from their office telephone just to have a call record to justify themselves if any legal issues come up. They will tell they will deliver the next day and boom.no response. That's all they do.false promises. Infact when they called me they asked me to come and collect it from their office.

This branch should be closed down immediately as the people working here are completely and i repeat the word "USELESS". Will be registering an official complaint with ecom express head office as well.

Very bad experience with Ecom Express koothuparamba. These guys dont even know how to deal with customers. Some inexperienced guy is dealing with customer, i can feel it on his first conversation through a call. He was talking like, " your consignment is nothing as compared to 3000 consignments a day". Then he told me like, "Im searching for your consignment, because it is missing due to corona related controlls on this area. If i got it, i will deliver it to you. " I just wondered of these words.
I have gone through the past reviews of Ecom, i couldnt even find a positive review below this! Anyway we have booked through amazone. There is no use if i mess up with Ecom.

Package has reached the center but even after so many days, it’s still not out for delivery! No contact number available either!

They cant even attempt to deliver but they were updated as that will try to attempt we cant respond. The corrier agent make us fool. Most of the COD product they cant deliver. @flipkart@amazon dont choose ecom express choose other corrier service

It's better to use Indian Postal Service instead of this slow and unethical service.

Delivery not attempted. The delivery team have not contacted me and they are updating the status as Delivery Attempt Failed. Very poor service from Ecom Express.

Very bad service. They are holding my parcel more than 10 days. Within these days, two times I go there to collect my package. They are not willing to give my product. They says the product is under so many packages and hard to find out. By reading many reviews I can't find a rate more than one. Very bad.
