Ecom Express PVT LTD

No means of contact or to trace the consignment reached near to the delivery address then too won't deliver will not order if delivery partner to be Ecom not value for customer money and time

Last consignment which was to be delivered on/before 12th considerably delayed and after hectic follow up delivered on 18th 7.30 pm. Being a Medicine it put restless for 4 days. I am totally unhappy

Very poor service, agent even doesn't contact for the delivery and then we see the update that delivery attempt failed.
