Good textile shop in Pala town. The staff are really helpful and help us to choose according to our preference.
Price is a little bit high but it is worth the quality

Edapparambil Textiles is a popular textile store in the city, known for their high-quality fabrics and trendy collections. However, my recent visit to the store left me disappointed due to the lack of available sales personnel.

Upon entering the store, my companion and I were surprised to find that there was no one available to assist us with our shopping needs. We walked around the store, looking for someone who could answer our questions and help us find what we were looking for, but to no avail.

This lack of customer service is unacceptable in any retail establishment, especially one that specializes in textiles. As customers, we expect to receive assistance and guidance from knowledgeable staff who can provide us with relevant information about the products.

Overall, I was disappointed with the service at Edapparambil Textiles. Although they have a great selection of fabrics, the absence of sales personnel made it difficult for us to make informed purchasing decisions. It is my hope that the management of the store takes steps to address this issue and ensure that customers receive the attention and assistance they deserve.

The clothes are reasonable but the staff has no manners towards the customer. They are rude and not at all pleasant. Especially staff who are dealing with the material section. One of the lady staff refused to show the clothes. I think it's because we came there with friends, not with family members. We all feel awkward. Any way we approached 3rd staff who was kind and helpful, about the materials, and all of them were great

If there was an option to give them zero stars I would happily give them so. The customer service is extremely terrible and they are just plain rude. They do not even search what we want and just tell you it is not available but the other staff found the same thing we were looking for. There was a lady with a gold rimmed spectacle, we were not even assigned to her but she passed a comment saying that it would be nice if we could get nice customers. Maybe it is because of the monopoly they have in Pala, they are just belligerent and arrogant.

Nice shop. Quality clothes. Material cloth have a lots of collection. Branded cloths are available.

Too bad customer service. Quality of dress is below average. Eventhough they have done mistake, they are not ready to accept it or rectify it. Moreover i tried complaining about these to their head but he was extra rude than the sales people.

Good quality dress materials. But no compromise on prices. Good for everything except low price sarees. Don't expect any discount.

Unethical behaviour from the man who sit in cash counter.
Mr owner, kindly teach him

1. How to behave to your customers
2. Please ask him to smile at least once.

All other staffs are excellent. And they have good marketing skills.

Saree section was superb, but ground floor staff was in entrance section was really irritating and some time teasing us for asking mid budget commodity.billing section was crowded

Highly recommended textile in pala. Shop provides variety of dress collections though slightly expensive. Staff organisation and customer service are good. When we choose this place for shopping, we need some more patience as shop is always crowdy as well as busy. Shop has separate area for saree. We get casual as well as designer sarees. They have got plenty of collections. We can purchase winter jackets, thermals and all kinds of other winter dresses. They provide good parking facility. My all time favourite textile.

A wide range of clothings at all price levels are available here. Shop is always crowded. It is a trustworthy shop for customers of all age groups and all needs.

Edapparambil textiles has a variety of selections of famous clothing and fashion fabrics brands. Lots of staffs to help you with your purchases. Fully air conditioned building variety of selections, quality products of almost every brands

Sari collection is good.parking bad and the way they direct is rude.maybe they should learn how friendly parking staff at max which has no space assists

Always save the bill if you buy from edaparambil. As at times the things are bad or damaged. Also those people are purely business minded with no humanity. Unlike other pala localites

The customer sevice is pathetic if u go for bying small items. (especially for lining cloths).
I had a horrible experiance from them. Though i bought several k worth items from them and just remembered bo buying lining cloth after paying the bill. Immidiately they send me down and no one was ready to assist. The ladies there were more bzy in personal chat there. Finally i had to leave the place with out lining material (a deep trauma left on spending more than 10k there, as i had to visit another shop to purchase lining for the one i bought from Edapparambil textiles). However people do direct you well to different places as per ur requirements, though no one will assist u

Not happy with the purchase. I bought an arrow shirt from this shop, which is 500 rs expensive than the another textile shop. I feel like edparambil management making their own price label for brands clothing. Never going to shop again and not recommend too.

The shop has a large collection of varieties. Any kind of dress can be found here. But they sell clothes at exorbitant prices.

One of the oldest textiles in Pala. The place is located at Maharani theatre junction and is easily visible from the normal traffic. The shop has a nominal parking space for some less than 8 vehicles. The textiles was renovated recently and is easily the best textile shop in Pala. The shop boasts a wide variety of dresses for people of all age. The support staff are really helpful and the place offers great shopping experience.

Edapparampil have a good collection and employees wid a good mentality compared to other shops in pala.
