Staff was satisfactory & it is a less noisy place with enough parking area. Food is good as well. We had porotta, beaf roast, noodles & chicken.

No idea about all these as it's a Bar come hotel. Just went their outside. But hubby said it's good:)

Not suitable for families/women traveling alone. They do not have separate non-smoking rooms and the room we were given smelled of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was clean but had cockroaches (resistant to naphthalene balls placed in the sink and shower drain).

Loved the stay.better than any other budget stay. Iv stayed in abad and ibis for the same rate but edassery had better bigger rooms and their service was too good.

The room was indeed spotlessly clean and it was completely ensured by the management that all fixtures were working perfectly fine. Each and every process were smooth, right from check-in. The property has a vast parking area and an in house restaurant to cater the needs of their customers with some lip smacking dishes. The entire staff (especially Mr. Tony, Mr. Jibin etc) and management deserves a special mention for concentrating on every minute detail and performing beyond expectations for having made the stay exceptionally great and comfortable. I will surely visit again and will also strongly recommend Edassery Mansion to everyone who would require a great stay at Cochin that truly deserves above 5 stars!

Average for the price of 1200. Bathroom tiles are very slippery. Thankfully they have provided railings to hold on. Clean rooms.

Bar attached outside hotel so you can see people carrying beer into the room to and from so family with kids is not so good to come

The staff was very pleasant. Clean and it smells good, which is think what a good hotel should be like. Right near many places like kadavanthra and Kaloor, which makes it easier for you to go to both the stations (south and north) if you are travelling.

Booked it from Agoda, arrived and knew that they are not managing the information from Agoda. And every room is sold out, no vacancies.
It's better to double check with the hotel after you book it.

Spacious room. Hot water available. Had power issue (generator was not working) during my stay. There is a local bar in the next compound. Nothing much to say. Ok for a days stay. But there are better hotels available in Kochi in the same price range

Thanks to the attached liquor bar, serves as a great landmark with auto and taxi drivers. Nothing else

Not clean & neat, dustbins not cleared after previous guests left, bedsheets were not clean, found dead spider under pillow, night time its like haunted house. Charge you double, if you request for airport pickup. They charged me Rs. 500, that too after waiting for half an hour. Left immediately after 6hrs. Not at good for staying. There are many good hotel's with free pickup from airport avl, with good & Clean facilities. I opted it because of OYO but it was total failure. OYO people should make surprise visit & then finalise whether they should give their name to such useless place.
