Very bad customer service. Really disappointed. The lady on the counter kept me waiting at the counter after I paid the bill and didn't even pack my things, I had to pack it myself. Never going again!

I went after hearing that everything the students need is under one roof. Very low quality products at relatively high prices. Especially bag etc. Even worse customer care. If they are not properly stored, the damaged bags will be labeled as company goods. A bag at the price of Rs. 1500 will not last even a month. My personal experience. Even if it is in another shop, if you report this, you will get a positive reply. Very disappointing customer service
