EDUMART Hypermarket Thondayadu

Just wandering through the store makes me really happy. The store has books, stationary, chocolates, party decor, games, glasses and even jewellery. All aesthetically pleasing. And at reasonable price.

The name exactly suits for this shop - edumart. Lot of items for school going children are available here, including books.

The shop has so many things but the ground staff jardly wants them sold… least helpful staff, they dont bother ro give you even the directions

Good service, variety of toys available but we can find more products at edumart manor road

It's huge and has one of the largest collections of educational and study material.

Very poor customer service
Had gone their in search of handicraft materials, staffs were busy talking to themselves.
When asked about the items just replied rudely telling it is in first floor
Went to first floor nobody was there. Waited for few minutes and just left the shop.
It was an empty shop and i was the only customer. Not one staff asked why i was leaving. There were some 5-6 staffs busy talking to thenselves.
Very unproffessional
Had visited thrissur showroom manytimes, provides much better customer service.

Management should look into this

Kid's toys, ladies make-up items, hair and face creams etc available in a limited quantities.

Good quality of products in a reasonable price. When came to customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff who can help us.

Nice ambience and will get all types of stationary, toys, sports & gift items for all.

Very rude staff. Practically kicked us out without allowing to shop because it was near closing time. We left immediately. Used to shop here regularly like once a week. No basic manners.

Am a bba student nd i went for partime job afternoon.the manger lady behaviour and colleuges are so rude nd they say gossips about me in absence of me.they don't give me a consideration of a student to me.they used me so much.very worst experience.i resigned job after one week

Couldn't find the book that i wanted. Good collections of books and allied materials are well kept and arranged

️ In Super Market, Hyper Market, no need to ask customers " what you want, for what you come " styled queries. Just, pleasant smile and if eye contact. If that eye contact smells like, a help needed, then only ask to customer " May I help you sir? "",
️ If possible display the offer details (if providing). Else the prices were huge MRP, All customers wanna buy product, if competitive price available.

The edumart located at thondayaad is terrible! The service is bad, the behaviour is terrible and the billing items are incorrect. I did not want to buy a certain item from them, but they insisted on trying to sell me the same I didn't want. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid this place at all cost!

Ťhey are so cold and inconsiderate.they do not offer any discounts on student texts, note books and stationery.check prices online before purchasing using your hard earned money

Quality products, expensive as well. It would be good if they provide more brands to choose from.

Supermarket for all school and college related stuff like bags. We purchased a bag which cost less than amazon or flipkart. Recommended

They really need to start putting themselves out there.advertising their offers (which is definitley needed, if you need to bring in customers- marketing is very important) Focus needed on a USP for their exclusive stores, or else, everybody is just gonna drive-by through that service road.

One stop shop for all your needs. Could find a lot of stuff which were not available in Delhi and other Metros. Loved it

Excellent place. Very nice shopping experiance. So much art and crafts supplies. Also the cooking and home bakers section have nice collection.

When compared to their first store in Jaffer khan colony, Calicut, this one doesn't live upto the brand's name. Less collections.
I would prefer the former, coz that place is unique and something like a mini 'Jarir Bookstore' in Saudi Arabia.

Good for day to day purchases, vegetables are fruit are good items. Offers are less compared to big brand retail shops

This is an extension of their main branch inside city. Those who are looking for Art materials plz visit the main branch. Here they have limited supplies.
Kids floor is also somewhat small.

But other things are ok. Grocery and snacks are fine.
