The worst experience and we waited for our food for almost 4 and half hour and still got our order wrong

Really bad experience, had to waite almost more than 30 minutes, service was really bad and burger we've ordered came out really bad. The waiting period hurts the most.
If it was 5 or 10 minutes I could manage, but they took forever to serve us, and there was only a very few customers in the shop like 2 or 3.
