They were having a good quality and variety of seafoods before. But now the quality have gone down and the varietys are very less.kindly increase the quality and variety.

12 years before elite was one of best supermarkets in the town now its 2021 kindly please management have come forward do some good maintenance and offers to make business at the same time satisfy the customers also.

One stop shop for all things u need for homes, right n the middle of the town with ample parking available.
2stars less because I'm a small time entrepreneur and want small scale buisness to do as well as they do.
Elite is a traditional buisness name in Thrissur town, so let new players get their shot as well

Good place, parking available.fresh veg/ non veg, coffee shop, snacks, grocery, like all pulses, rice, wheat various brands tea coffee powders different brands milk, powder and products.cheese, ghee, butter, paneer masala, chilli, turmeric, and such other items list is endless.crockery, paintings, books, periodicals, toys,
household tools hardware. A_ Z, Available.

1. Not satisfied with online delivery

They changed the product type with out discussing with us and billed a higher price category type

We request for 120 rs item but they gave us similar product with higher price category of 380 rs which is more than triple the price

Space is there for parking. A good choice of consumer goods, food, etc are there. Good service also, Covid restrictions also followed.

Recently purchased a pack of #EliteFamilyWonder bread #Elitecakes While I was taking out of the bread I didn't expect there was an actual wonder hidden inside the bag in the form of big holes. As an added complement the bread was soggy as well. What a way to start the morning.

Good shopping experience. Can get all kinds of groceries, personal care products, snacks, fruits and veggies. A nice cafeteria also with ready to eat snacks, coffee, tea etc

A neat and clean supermarket with ease of access of all items due to simple arrangements have car parking facilities as well. They need to provide groceries in smaller quantities too.

They do have alot of variety choices.at times few good offers too.parking space is the best.but I didn't find them checking temperature before entering the store.do keep a eye on it though

Product's are in affordable price, but car parking is costly.the parking ground is uncovered muddy ground and they are taking parking fees from all.i just parked my car at roadside!

The supermarket is the best in Thrissur. It keeps the malayali requirements and also provisions required for cooking recipes from all over India. It has also a sweet shop inside which is hygienic and bakery products like fresh chocolate croissant. The ice cream collection is also very good. It has Amul, Vesta and Baskin Robbins. Their precautions to prevent corona can be improved. This is a busy supermarket with congested space. I nearly hit with two people. Elite must find some measures to regulate the crowd inside. Please provide disposable glove to every customer at the entrance. Other supermarkets are doing this. I felt comparatively unsafe inside this shop.please see to this and improve measures.

Premium quality results in high rate. Customer friendly approach from staff. Don't expect big discounts comparing to other Supermarkets.

Except for it being a little congested, a good place for shopping.

The all in one shop for groceries and all kinds of veggies. There's no good supermarket that I came across that sells international goodies in Thrissur town, if you can incorporate that into the list of items, it will be great. I am sure people from abroad would love to have that brands in hometown. Good service and all together good experience.

I asolutely love going there because.first the security is sooooo friendly. Second you dont need to climb steps like all other markets.third.i just got used to the aisles where i know where what is.im always a regular there. I only wish the vegetables had more variety.

A very good supermarket. A grand scale of products. With also an outlet in Selex mall. The quality of vegetables and meat is very good.

Very nice super market in Thrissur.

The location is very near to north bus stand very busiest place in the city. Products for sale are neatly displayed and systematically arranged. Fully air Conditioned super market and customers can enjoy shopping. All grocery items, bakery products, vegetables, cosmetics, frozen foods, utensils, home appliances etc are available in the place.

Most of the house hold items are available under one roof and the quality also better than similar supermarkets. Attracton is their food outlet. Really awesome.

One stop shop for everything! Almost every grocery item under the sun is available here, books, crockery, food - snacks, non veg items, utensils, stationary. The staff are quite helpful (though most cannot talk in Malayalam - they do understand what people are saying) and excellent service and ambience. Awesome shopping experience!

The freshest fruits & veggies. But the prices are on the higher side. What i dislike is that billing staff carelessly handle fruits & veggies and sometimes when we reach home they are bruised.

Elite Supermarket is one of my favorite shopping center. High Quality Products is their Major Highlight. Parking Facility is also great. Fresh vegetables are available. Experience not that much enterprising. The attitude of certain staff members are not customer friendly. One billing staff asked after completing the bill have you got the card of Elite and when replied in the negative she didn't explain what us the card and what is it intended for etc. Also the sale of cover charging additional amount us not appreciable. You should stop it and make customers to carry cloth bags etc. If it is to exhaust the stock of plastic carry bags should give it free to customers and finish it off instead of selling it and generating additional profit.

My onestop shop for all day to day needs. Consistent quality.staff treats you like family. Very fresh fish and good variety. No place has better fish meat section than this. Veg fruits, only highest grade are sold. Customer care is easiest here. Any concerns queries are sorted within moments.
