I have spent 2 weeks for Panchakarma treatment in Elixir which was a very pleasent experience for me. Dr. Vijay amd the stuff was very helpful along the way. Also the room was very comfortable with a powerful, newly established A/C which is very important in Trivandrum weather. Also my therapist Vishnu was very good, he was very interested and capable. If you look for budget friendly, comfy place to have a treatment you can choose Elixir without a doubt. And I guess you can ask for Vishnu as a therapist. Thanks for the experience

One of the best places for ayurvedic oil massage, shirodhaara etc. Chief doctor interacts with each visitor. Masseuse vishnu does excellent and sincere treatment for men.

I had visited Elixir with severe shoulder, neck and back pain caused due to long hours of sitting at work. Dr Vijay was very patient in listening to all my concerns and explained in detail on the diet plan and course of treatment provided etc. I had taken a 14 day treatment which included abhyanga, kizhi etc. I would suggest Elixir and Dr Vijay for anyone seeking authentic ayurveda treatment in trivandrum.

I had a severe neck pain due to cervical spine issue. One of the best decisions I made was to turn to Ayurveda to seek remedy for pain relief. The staff at Elixir are very kind and understanding. Frequent follow ups by doctors and care you get here is incomparable to any other Ayurveda centre.

Really good place to get a Ayurveda massage in Trivandrum! It's one of those hidden gems that provides quality and authentic Ayurveda service. I came here with severe neck and back pain from continuous sitting at work and bad posture. After 1 week of massage session I could feel the immense difference from within the core of my body. I had visited other centres but nothing compares to the care and quality of treatment from Elixir. I live outside India and sadly, is unable to visit Elixir often. But I highly recommend this place to anyone interested!

Availing treatment for my cervical spondylosis at Elixir was a great decision! I spend a lot of time on computer due to nature of my work which resulted in severe neck pain and stiffness. For years my neck was going through on and off pain peaking during winters. Dr. Vijaykumar was kind enough to pay attention in detail and explore my lifestyle patterns. He came up with a customised treatment plan and assigned his best therapist Abhilash who worked his magic. The treatment was prescribed to eliminate the root cause of the issue and focussed on over all well being with various therapies. I am not generally a review person. However, my experience at Elixir transformed me into a huge fan of Ayurveda and Dr. Vijaykumar who did a daily follow up of my treatment and still after many months keep checking on my well being. Ideal place for panchakarma treatment.  I got there once in 2-3 months and just one massage is enough to de-stress me entirely. The hot oil massage coupled with a steam session afterwards is simply a great experience. The rooms are well equipped and the masseurs are very experienced. They seem to know their job well. An excellent ayurvedic therapy and wellness centre with serene ambience in the heart of the city. I have undergone treatment for severe muscle spasm and shoulder pain here. Elixir Wellness Spa Trivandrum is undoubtedly one of the best ayurvedic experiences I've had in Trivandrum. Initially I had plan to visit for only one day but ended up with more visits.
