Very very disappointing service. Gave an order for stitching a blouse almost an year and a half back with my sample blouse. I still haven’t got it back. But yeah I can understand due to pandemic its been really hard for all of us but does it take more than a YEAR AND A HALF to stitch and deliver a blouse? Even she doesn’t have the audacity to take the call whenever we try to. We tried every possible ways to connect with her to give back my blouse which I gave for measurement purpose but still, what can I do? She’s not taking any of my calls. I never scribble negative comments about any person or anything but this, this lady and her way dealing with this made me write down this review because I don’t want this to happen to anyone.

PS. I still haven’t got both the blouse.

Elzas couture is really doing a great work. The material quality and the designs are amazing. They are very friendly and making customer comfortable.
