It's a good hotel with all the facilities we need, their service is very good, the rooms are very spacious and clean, it's the perfect hotel for our budget.

Worst place to live, very rude, staffs, a glass which was very old was broken in room, they made us pay Rs. 6000.00 even though it was lack of maintenance, would suggest to remove this from a star hotel. Status if possible. They have worst staffs who don't know what hospitality is

Nice, suits. In the centre of vaitila. Its little costly but includescushion beds and more space like 1 bedroom hall and a bathroom.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Emarald Cochi during my visit to Kochi and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.

Location near vyttila junction. Rooms are very old. Air conditioning in rooms are not that effective. Balcony view is amazing.

They wrote guest lift but its used house keeping staff n they r not allowed to come in lift we faced many problems to come dawn from 12 th floor. Ask for hotel manager but no one available n even demand to give complaint book but staff treat as illiterate person n giving blank page instead of complaint book
Even people of Kerala not talk in Hindi language
Very bad experience so don't choose this hotel n waste ur money

Staff needs to be trained to treats guests. Especially the guy sat in the reception at 9 PM on 10th Dec 2022.

This hotel located near by Vittila area. Hotel is having very good ambience. Very good staff, good behaviour food allso good one. Beautiful view from the 12th floor. Suite room is very good food for a family team others wise four members. Very came and quite place inside the city. From here we can assess airport and High way and bu station very easily.

One of the worst hotel i had ever stayed.
AC was working like a generator.
Bath room s like an antic one.

Rooms are great with balconies that are accessible from every room, good interiors and great staff service. The parking is mostly full.

Very messy old property. Foul smell like dead rat smell at reception area. Rooms not cleaned. No power supply at rooms. I never ever seen that, guests need to open the fuse board box and switch on the power button. But you experience the same in Emarald Suites. Not at alll recommendable.

Rooms are not clean, bathrooms are so antique the bathroom door handle was in my hand. No one escorted us to the room. We had to search on our own and carry our luggage. The food is average.

The hotel located in the heart of city and easy to access all near by places like fort Cochin, Marine drive, Lulu mall, etc. The hotel staff and service was excellent. Rooms are very spacious neat and clean.and the main important point is that value for money.when you are come to visit Cochin please gohead with Emarald suites you can get a memorable holidays there.

Stayed with my family on november 15. Located in the heart of the city. Just 1 kilometer from Vyttila junction. Room was neat and clean. Staff was pleasing and helpful. We ordered limited food but food was tasty. Overall experience was excellent.

As the name says Emarald, this place is just an a amazing gem in the Heart of cochin. The warm welcome with the welcome drinks and local kerala snacks in itself was an experience. The burgers were spectacular especially the chicken peri peri burger. The stay and hospitality was priceless
