The patience and calmness of the gentleman in counter 1 is extra ordinary. There was this guy in front of me who came to clear some doubt regarding his pf account, he kept on talking for half an hour atleast, asking many questions and doubts. The person in the counter heard him patiently and clarified all his queries without any fuss. Frankly I was bit irritated because this person was taking so long and sometimes asking same question again and again. I can't remember any previous instance in my life where I had recieved such excellent service from a government official.
I went for my father pension fund document submission.person at counter 1 was so helpful and he guide me and he met the pension section.and lady in pension section was so kind and patience.she answered all my doubt and am happy to see such person.
Though I had to go their office four times to resolve an issue of pf withdrawal, i must appreciate the patience and the earnest efforts put in by the two gentle men at the counter and the PRO to solve my problem. Finally I was asked to send a mail which resolved the issue in a day. I am proud of you, guys
Reply from staff are not helpful.even they dont know to rectify the mistake.they always sent us to mail the regarding issue to epfo feedback mail id.very bad. Is it because they are working in central govt?
Website not working, phones not connecting or picking. If we goes to the office response is bad. What to do? This new website is a complete joke. Even contact us page is giving error.

Long and short distance customers coming for PF clarification, REJECTION and other issues can find my suggestion. (ASHAYA centre, Pattom also doing PF online services) When coming from Pattom st Mary's school road to Plamood ONE WAY. In between this PATTOM Jn. - Left side INDIA POST, Right SIDE PSC office. Just move front, Just pass traffic signal. On right side SAMSUNG shop, small WAY near there, go that WAY straight, you can See PF OFFICE, near to KERALA IT Mission. Very bad experience. There is a notice in their office stating "Please keep your work area clean". To ensure that the area is clean, an employee in the pension section does not sit in the work area; roams around the canteen. The pensioners then sit waiting for him. Alas.
EPFO office situated near Pattom. Due to the pandemic, had to wait a bit longer to get in. Even the enquiry had long queues outside. Make sure to get a token from the security officer and be prepared to wait for an hour. When your turn arrives the security officer will let you in. Before entering the main office, another token needs to be taken.
While coming from Plamoodu, after passing the IOC petrol pump take the left to reach here.
A dedicated team of employees at the front desk are knowledgeable and willing to go extreme to help someone who is in trouble. In fact they bear the most part of work load so that the back office staff could work peacefully, effectively and swiftly to settle down the needs of their clients.
No one picks the calls, not sure why they have built such a big office, waste of time and money. I am not able to avail my PF balance since last 5 months due to an emergency. Very pathetic experience.

The Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) office situated at Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram. This office will help you for your Provident Fund. We have to enter our details at the security office before entering. Saturdays and Sundays will be Holiday for this office. May we have to be in queue for some time for getting the details or we can grab it from online EPFO.
Typical government office. Short of staff and slow queue handling. Staff showing typical government employee attitude. There are only three counters and usually there will be big queue all the time. Sometimes queue jumping also. Expect 30 minutes to 2 Hour depending upon queue. 13: 30-14: 00 is lunch time. For a simple enquiry also token need to be taken. If an enquiry counter is setup there wont be any queue. Not efficient or helpful.
