There’s a lack of professionalism in maintaining bookings. Even after prebooking I had to wait another half an hour. They gave naive excuses like that the staff had gone out, went for food etc.this was at 3 in the evening.

Hair dresser should be aware of the length of the hair to be shortened. Ater shortening to a specific length it cant be styled at all.

Good location, nice service. The hair stylist was very understanding and has good talent. I'm Really enjoying the service for the last two years. The manager com receptionist is worse, I hate the whole service because of her nonsense questions and bad behaviour. She made unnecessary confusion for nothing.

Done haircut. Not a professional one, after few hours had there is a skin burn sensation which I never experienced so far. One on the front desk was not a customer friendly.
