I can only say its not bad. Its fine. But for the rate, it is bad. The services were not great. But no big complaints.

I would like to thank Tony and Guy essensuals for the excellent service. My mum got cystiene treatment done by Junaid who helped her through the process and answered all her queries patiently️. Ashwathy helped her with the hair wash 2 days later and did her eyebrows so well. Will come again soon for more pampering. ️

This being my first hair treatment of any kind, dint know what to expect, but 10 days since the treatment (including 2 cold washes, 4 days apart, with the recommended DeFabulous shampoo and conditioner-No other products used) I am happy with the way my hair feels- smooth and manageable.

Only concern is the amount of hair fall during each shower, never seen soo much in my whole life. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

This is a splendid Salon as they were professionals by all means. Above my expectations.
Had visited here previously around 3 years ago, the service was good then but improved alot this time.
The staff had taken care of us professionally and we were very satisfied.

Took to long for hair cut. 1.5 hr just cutting and trimming. Management was super cool and helped me with some hair products.

I got one of the best hair cut from here. The way they coloured my hair was so good and it looked awesome. Another thing to note is their customer service. I would highly recommend this place to all.

This is a long overdue comment. Ive stayed in Bangalore and Chennai most of my career and college life and have always depended on top salons in the state for my haircut, beard and skin. Thanks to covid, i had to settle in Kottayam last year. Since then, I’ve been a regular at Essentials Kottayam. And I have to comment this salon in Kottayam. Im particular abt my hairstyles. I like my classic cuts like pompadour and classic beard styles. From the time I first visited till now, more than 10 visits easily, the quality is just top notch. Sharukh, u r amazing with ur haircuts. I was so impressed with his process and end product. I colored my hair as well last month, still getting good compliments. The facials were so relaxing! Id definitely recommend Tony & Guy Kottayam if you are someone who prefers a classy touch and want real professionals to work on ur hair. Im confident that ill get a professional result every single time. So, there’s no stress if theyll screw it up. And yes, it is a bit more expensive than other salons, but the service is worth the amnt spent. Quality. Thanks!

Very poor quality in Kertin treatment eventhough the price is expensive than what is offered in abroad. Hair falling is like unbelievable

Had gone for a hair cut opted for specialist hair stylist but the end result was very poor I had opted for long layers

Did a professional haircut for my daughter, was very well professional. My daughter used to throw tantrums in between her hair cuts at any salon. She was quiet enjoying the haircut all through and it came out very well.

Bridal makeup was done in kottayam Toni & guy. It was unsatisfying and not to our expectations. Felt bad. Staffs did in unprofessional way. We lost faith in this brand. Please improve your service.

Needs improvement.had my daughter's haircut there.at the time of the cut it looked okay, but after a day it became clear that it's not properly cut.thin hairs were showing not in order.even though it looks professional, expecting improvement from the work.nice ambience and enough parking space
