Very beautiful property, Scenic beauty with magnificent view and peaceful. The rooms are clean and the view from room is too good (Valley View) rooms. Enjoyed my stay here! Nearby to various visiting places in and around munnar. Good stay with a good view, away from the busy Munnar centre. Perfect for family stays.

Said home stay is very homely. Bahaviour of the owner is very gentle and modest. Home made food is very healthy and hygenic and they serve food in time. Location and ambience of home stay is very nice. They properly take care of the tourist.

Rooms are average and also not worth for this price. But owners are good and friendly in nature. Location is also ok but better options are available

We had stayed in Estate Residency Munnar for 2 nights and it was extremely comfortable. Enjoyed the stay since all basic amenities were available and the rooms were kept clean & maintained with good hygiene. Its Close to second mile stop and easily accessible. The rooms are clean. Food was really good and gives the home made food experience. The owner of the property Mrs Annie, Philip sir and their son were really humble. Overall a memorable stay to cherish.

Recently we had the pleasure of visiting Estate residency and it was a beautiful experience. Well maintained and clean room with a balcony which opens to a breathtaking view. Staffs were very cooperative. It is situated as an extended part of a home which gave us feeling of security also. Overall it was a nice stay.

Had the BEST stay with the most amazing hosts in the most stunning location. Super helpful hosts, delicious food, excellent and clean and comfortable accommodation. Loved the balcony.

The location of residency was very good. Room had balcony with good view. The room price also affordable to everyone nd food was good. Estate owner taking care very well nd supportive.

This place is located in the nest of cardamom plantation with the breathtaking views. It is few miles away from main town but if you prefer quite place and some privacy.this is the place to check in.
Home made food was tasty, the owner and the helper are very polite and kind. In nutshell, we had a great time in Munnar and this homestay is one of the reasons.

Awesome location near view points. First floor deluxe rooms are spacious, ground floor rooms are just 112 sqft (very congested, only fits the queen size bed). Food is good, and owners are very humble, friendly, accommodating, supportive. Nice place for Munnar trip. Limited breakfast available. Lunch and dinner available on demand.

Had good stay with my family here. The place is much like a few rooms attached to a home. A tree house is there. 24x7 hot water available. Parking for about 5 cars possible. Perfect for families as common dining hall n all are there.

Very pleasant to stay. Food is delicious. I felt to stay in our own home. Hospitality of the owner is very nice.

We are visiting Munnar for the first time and my friend suggested this place “Estate Residency”. We were particular as we are traveling with Parents and kids. We stayed for 4 Nights. Location was apt - close to view point, accessible to Munnar town and Anachal. Beautiful view from balcony. Hospitality is appreciated - They guided us with the best places to visit and very approachable as they stay adjacent. Food was delicious - We travelled from Bangalore and wanted to taste Kerala dishes. It was “yummy” homely food. Safe parking facility available. I highly recommend this place specifically who travel with family members and for couples.

From the entry into the compound to all the stay and hospitality, it was a wonderful experience. I went with my family of about 15 members and got a nice 3 room floor. The food was also served hot.

“Estate Residency” - one of the amazing staycation in Munnar, especially the location is impressively peaceful and is located close to natural bio resources. As soon as we arrived, the homeowner offered us a warm greeting and welcomed us to their house. The staff was really helpful, and the rooms were both spacious and comfortable. Overall it was a nice experience, hence, this is a location that I would enthusiastically suggest to others, and it is one that I would most certainly consider visiting again!

Such a beautiful rooms and location. I refer u more peoples. One suggestion pls arrange the cooking kitchen in the same hotels. We r spending for foods outside. That’s only issue.
