Clean room, central location, and polite staff.what more does one need when you need a quick stop over.

Very bad experience. The only good thing is its proximity to Railway station. But had avery harrowing experience. Around 3 AM there was continuous knock on the door for 5 min. But it stopped once the lights were on the occupants shouted. Again after 10 min, the knocking was repeated. This time the we called.the recption and probably on hearing the phone ring, the knocking stopped and could hear the culprits running off. And the worst part is the receptions cold attitude to the incdient citing it must be kids playing (which parents allow kids to play in hotel crcroridora 3AM?) Or may be somoene knocked by mistake.

Writing this review a bit late but I had to write this review.
We had booked 2 double occupancy AC rooms at this venue in the previous week of this month. It was our Sabarimala yaathra time & on our way back from the sannidhanam we were supposed to stay at ethereal residency for overnight & visit Chengannur Bhagawathi/Mahadeva Temple.

But due to some unforeseen circumstances & sudden changes in our travel schedule, we had to get back to Ernakulam & B'lre onwards. So though we visited Chengannur but couldn't stay at this venue & as such invariably we had to cancel our room's reservation. We felt it against courtesy to cancel our reservation over phone, so we went to Ethereal Residency personally & at the welcome desk met Mr. Jobin. We explained to him our situation & requested for cancellation & positively without levying any cancellation charges.

He was such an amazing guy, very humble, he heard us patiently & readily agreed for cancellation without levying any cancellation charges. I really appreciate this noble gesture of Mr. Jobin. Though we couldn't stay at ethereal residency this time but we promised him that we will surely stay at the venue next time around.
It's purely his humble way of interaction & gentleman approach that impressed all our team members. I would say Mr. Jobin is very apt for the hospitality industry & his conduct would surely take him a long way in service industry.

I booked room here for 1 & half day. But my bus was 3 hour late. When I start to pay they gave 200 ₹ reduction. Thanks Ethereal. I booked 800 ₹/day room. It is excellent. Looks very modern.

Excellent hospitality.superb ambience.very fresh rooms, most comfort location, even arrangement of transport for our 3 families divine trip, ralso very smooth and affordable.in one word we can say NO CHOICE other than Ethereal. Had a pleasant stay for 3 days the Rooms are well maintained and Good Hospitality especially Mr Jobin, with family and friends we enjoyed the stay.

Good place to stay and it's near to chengannur railway station (Walkable distance). Jobin helped me a lot with travel service.

Well maintained clean and tidy rooms. Manager Jobin was very helpful during checkin and checkout. Location is very accessible as it is just opposite to chengannur railway station. TV and WIFI are available. Overall an excellent hotel to stay with budget pricing.

My stay was here is just minblown.the guy over there Mr.jobin he's just spark up your mood just like that very hospitable and so pleasent and so kind I'm really enjoy my stay here because of jobin. Recently visited chengannur with family for a spiritual tour and got to know about newly opened hotel near chengannur railway station and opted to stay.
Well maintained rooms and very good hospitality.
Mr. Jobin he is a gem of a guy and he will make you feel like you are at home.

Jubin is a great guy. The hotel is great. Should be the only place you should consider to stay in when in Chengannur

The hotel is centrally located and next to train station with all modern amenities you can expect.
