Food was ok.but service was not great.after taking order it took considerable amount of time and finally when food came, some of items were not there which we re ordered and again it took some time to prepare.

We ordered 2 chicken dishes and felt both were not fresh. Don't think that food dept is visiting this restaurant. On the expensive side as well.poor experience

This restaurant is the newer location of a restaurant that's been around for a long time and it's quite famous in the town.

Overall ambience is appealing. Neat washrooms.the service is great. We were a group of 12-13 people. The biriyani was good. The natholi fry was not crisp and hot (served along with meals). Pepper chicken was not spicy. Fried rice was ok. But it looked crowded and there were many families coming over to dine in. Do try out.

Tried chinese dishes chicken was bad, put of dated probably, got stomach problems for my friend who ate it.

One of the oldest hotel in pathanamthitta. Noted that they are trying to add more culinary delicacies but mostly traditional food which you can enjoy here.

Car parking is a great concern, Totally congested and have less space.

Same usual taste from late 90's.they don't come up with latest trends. Now all ingredients are available. Still using old recipe. One time is fine, 2nd I never prefer.

Had ordered parcel - PANEER BUTTER MASALA, CHILI GOBY and FRIED RICE, no complaints about the food quality it was great, however not satisfied with the quantity. I didnt ordered parotta as it was Rs 15 + taxes which is bit expensive when the roadside eatery parotta are available at Rs 10 and they pretty good as well.

I had Shawarma which was ok. A little more salt and Spice would have added to the flavour. Mandhi was ok. Egg Fried rice was excellent

The best Pathanamthitta's tasty food corner. Mutton items and mutton biriyani is my favorite things there.

Probably the oldest restaurant in the town, not much of changes in the past 40 yrs. Their Kerala Parotta, mutton roast and mutton chaps is still one of the best in Kerala. If you haven't tried one, then try once and you will realize it.

Visited first time, Worst hotel ever. Interaction with customer not at all good.not at all satisfied with the dealing. Person standing in billing section, are having too much attitude.

Pathetic. Ordered biriyani and said a waiting time for just packing! Still waiting on queue for 30 mins! They should have told that there are many orders for biriyani to respect others time!

One of the Best restaurants in Pathanamthitta town. Taste of the food is very good. But not sure about the clean-ness of food. But its very nice restaurant

This is a fabulous hotel. It has tradition as well as culture of Keralite. It's been a iconic spot for any reputed persons. Respected collector of Pathanamthitta was present there on few occasion along with his friends. I loved there foods as well as servings. Broasted chicken were huge in quantity but somewhat lesser in texture and the french fries were boring, but the aroma and taste was amazing. Mandhi is a highlighted dish and lesser famous one. Biriyanis were amazing. Now, as of covid restrictions only take away is providing.

Had a wonderful experience, ordered Chicken Biryani, Beef Biriyani, Biriyani rice with Mutton Mapas. It was the best. During this COViD 19 pandemic they are taking precautions and doing all the procedures very well. They have to find a place to accommodate all the vehicles that's all. Rest everything is fine.

One of the good restaurants in pathanamthitta with decent ambiance. This was my first visit to this place and I was fine with it. They have ample place for car parking in front of the restaurant as well the inside road.

Food is good but they take good amount of time to serve it, so if you looking for a quick bite, this is not a suitable place. I saw few customers leaving the place after placing order as food was delayed.

Bill has to be paid at the reception which is a tempting place as it has chocolates, pastries at display which may force customers to buy them.

The place is clean including the washrooms, so we can be confident about hygiene factor.

Very pathetic experience which i had today (15/03/2021), especially the staffs. They don't know how to serve.

The food was very bad and now i am stomach upset.we order fried rice and butter chicken, but the butter chicken was not good.

Fried Rice hopeless even dogs wont eat and when I asked salt that too waiter didnt provide. Asked for some other food that too gave mad answer i just left paying money. Hopeless service third grade food. Wont go suggest anyone to visit this mad place.

This restaurant is actually an easily accessible one near Pathanamthitta town.
But truly I'm a bit of disappointed by today's experience.
The appearance of the restaurant will create some expectations inside us. The price is also leading to some very nice food experience in expectations. But truly, the experience was bad.
We were two and ordered Kuzhimanthi (Half). It cost us about ₹330/-.
But the food was not so good. It was my one and only worst experience with Kuzhimanthi till date.
Till today which ever Manthi I have eaten, were so freaking awesome. But the one in this restaurant is so disappointing.
It was having the worst taste I have ever got. Both the rice as well as the chicken were having sour taste to it. This may be due to the low quality lemon juice or some essence they used in it. The mayonnaise and the chilly sauce were also too bad. They all really lacks the quality.
As I said we were two and we both felt the same. The sad thing is that we were not able to finish the food. We couldn't eat that worst tasting one. Till today, I never wasted food. This made me actually very disappointed and dissatisfied.
We didn't went for any argue on this to them. But must say this in the review. May it help them in improving their quality later.
I'm not degrading the restaurant. I just give out my experience. This may not be the experience of some others who may ordered Biriyani or fried rice or even the Manthi another day.
What I wanna say is that they must take care on the quality of the food. The shop owners or staffs may argue with my review. For them, they must eat Manthi from some another restaurant like Al Razi, Thiruvalla or Al Baik, Kollakadavu etc. I just quote these two because, they were good in Kuzhimathi.

Very bad we have wait 1 hour for chicken Sawai and we didn't get a glass of water.myr enikku polinj vannu that moment, melil eni. But the food they are serving was awesome no words for that 4 for food and 1 for service

It's one of the oldest hotels in Pathanamthitta which started in the year 1964 by persons from Malabar region. Goob ambience! Premium looks. Staff also reasonably good and cooperative. But the food, is really bad. I tried fried rice, chicken biriyani and beef ularthiyathu.out of which beef ularth was extremely bad! So may positive reviews regading the food is here. But at least don't order any of these three!

One of the best restaurants in pathanamthitta with good cleanliness and ambience. The staff behaves well and food quality, taste are very good. The only problem I felt is the parking space. If you are coming by car, you will be in trouble.

Nice place.one of the oldest hotel in pathanamthitta town. The biriyani in here was the best in the town.but the cutlet, erachypatthiri and unnakkaya disappointed me very much.searched for the old taste and the cutlet was full of potato and erachy pathiri with full.of onion choppings

Food and the ambiance is top notch. Must visit if you're looking for a place to relax. Only con is you won't see the place from the mainroad unless you know it or navigate to the location.

Came again after enjoying here once again. But unfortunately even when it shows open till 11 PM. Kitchen closes by 10 PM and thereafter only normal small shop stuff (not very fresh) is available. Avoid going late night.

Notice says Debit card is accepted but when the payment comes they say the machine is out of service. Customers are harassed. Food is okay
