I don't want to give even 1 star, since there is no other option, I have selected 1 star to share my experience with others. My experience with the Eves World and the lady in charge of the so-called owner, Ms Sindhu, was horrible. We went there to stitch one churidar and ended up with one material which we liked and it cost almost 5 K just for the material and for stitching we also gave them the pattern and explained our requirements. But the item we got was stitched in a different style and they added some design work without asking us, which cost 500 extra. The total bill for stitching came to 5000 only. We asked them for bifurcation. They said so and so amounts of stitching, pattern and designing embroidery works. Then we told them all this we had not asked them to do and even pattern we only gave. Then the so-called lady “S” first reduced 500 from the bill. Again we asked about the embroidery work. She again reduced 500. After seeing this, I understood that it was purely fraudulent billing and totally cheating the customers. I have told them not to cheat anyone like this. There she started showing her real rude face and even the staff were shocked. My point in sharing this experience with “Eves world’ is actually cheating customers with over price (unethically) especially the ladies from abroad are getting cheated through their fake customer relationship. Recently, I came to know from many others who faced these same issues from eves world. Then we came to know that very less local customers from Kottayam only visting this fraud boutique, most of their customers are from outside India so that they can cheat them nicely.

Very wonderful boutique.materials are absolutely nyz and quality wise clothes are amazing.so many types of materials and sarees, churidhars are available in theire boutique.customisation and stitching also available. I'm very satisfied to her service. I will definitely return again and again.

I share the same sentiments as Bryce Jose. I went with the intention to only stitch a mandrakodi blouse. Then got lured into buying material for x2 churidhars which was on offer. The x2 churidhars were not as per my expectation and I requested a zip to be inserted and Shilpa said it has already been stitched and can't be done. Then I insisted on a side zip, then the tailor came and said he can't do a side zip but can dl a back zip (which Shilpa said can't be done)

I had wonderful experience with eves world team.expecially Nitha and Anupama, in a short span of time (7 days), they made my wonderful wedding gown as I wished. That's great.stitched my wedding blouse as well, was perfect. Thanks to the team.

Good collection of materials. Staffs are patient and helpful, recommended for young people with lots of energy to run around the shop and search for clothes. Parking is a bit difficult in peak times. Otherwise, it's good.

Poor customer satisfaction. If you take more time, they will start whispering and will try to avoid us by poor customer tactics. So need to pick dress like vegetables from a grocery store

You can see so many arrogant staffs and after all you need to pay their over priced bills.
Stitching quality is good, but I can't handle such behaviour from people. If you are okay with these kind of behaviours then this place is okay.

Eve's world is one of the best place for ladies stiching. Perfect fittings and staffs are very friendly. Designers are excellent and special thanks to Akhil, who made mum and daughter combo for me. I highly recommended Eve's world to all my family and friends.

Lack of professionalism, and pathetic customer service. Trusted them with my bridal blouse, and such substandard work they have rendered, with all the years of expertise they claim to possess. It is such a disgrace that I trusted them with something so important to me. Messed up the measurements, and the tailoring, manipulated the design on their own whims and fancies, and did not inform the customer about it, a pre K kid if taught well would have done a better job. And the forture they charged for such hopeless work is appaling!

Unprofessional and unethical. I have been a regular customer for the past few years. But recently they have no regard for their customers and behave rudely. They have good collections but unless they improve customer service, i do not prefer this store.

My wife had tried several stitching centres in Trivandrum, but the quality and sense of well being after wearing their dress is unique and cannot find anywhere else. Ofcourse quaility will not come cheap. But no doubt this is the best boutique. Mr Jacob and Sindhu are very friendly and dedicated.

പ്രത്യേകിച്ചും ഒരു പ്രായം കൂടിയ സ്ത്രീ. നമ്മൾ കടയിലേക്ക് കയറി ചെന്നത് പോലും അവർക്ക് ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടാത്ത തരത്തിൽ ആണ് പെരുമാറ്റം.

My wife needed a dress for our child's baptism and eves world provided the best quality customer service and quality of clothing we could have possibly needed. The designer Liya in particular was very friendly and helped us greatly throughout the process, a true example of brilliant customer service. We will definitely be shopping here in the future!

Even though it is a tailoring shop they will not take outside materials for stitching. Don't waste ur time going there. They r forcing u to take expensive materials but those materials are not worth (poor quality).

Very disappointed with their services. I've experienced very arrogant behaviour from their staffs! Not just one, Most of them.

My family came to Eve's World for holy communion dresses for all of us, and we were extremely delighted with the outcome; excellent stitching and materials were used and the rate was very good for the quality of the clothing. The staff were also very understanding especially Liya, who helped us to gain a good idea of the type of dress we should be going for.
Overall experience was very positive and will definitely be coming to evesworld again for future occasions.

The staff was engaging and understanding. The consultant was providing good ideas about the ocassion s dressup The stictching that we have received was outstanding. The cost the material was an expecting price. There is latest collection in expecting areas such sarees and churidar suit.

Very nice collection. I am a customer from my college days onwards. Always very helpful and ready to do experiments in design as requested. In case of urgent situations, i have got my sarees and salwars within a day. Perfect stitching and wide variety of mix and match collections.

Went there because a friend recommended but I left eves world highly disappointed. They are very pushy and they act like they know what they are doing but when my dress came, it was not as expected. I thought it would have been much better. I had to sit there and get it altered again. If I am paying them their overpriced rates then I expect my dresses to look professional and perfect. Expensive and less than mediocre stitching. The customer service is not the best, it feels like they are trying to appeal to you just to milk out your money. Won’t ever go again and won’t ever recommend this place to anyone. I know better smaller boutiques that do better stitching for better prices.

Hi All,
Went to Eve's world because of strong recommendation from one of our common friends. We went all the way to Kottayam to get the Churidar stiching done.
But the attitude & approach from the owner/staff was througly disappointing because they were insisting on buying materials from them so that they can do the stiching or else they can't. Me& my two girls & Mother in law who is 73 year old already bought the material &went with very big expectations & experience but it was extremely unprofessional, unethical attitude & approach from the shop guys.
Anyway Whoever goes there for stiching, pls don't buy the cloth & go because you may also face humiliation

I was told this place was very good, but to my dismay I had one of the worst experience there, the stitching and all services they offered were very bad, my dresses were spoiled and had to look for another tailor to alter it, lip service and flattering of the owner lady is appalling, and one of the employee her name i wouldnot like to mention was very rude, and neither did they finish stitching on the given date. Also way too overpriced.

Messed my order with my wedding saree blouse. Instead of fixing it they blamed it on the fabric and the owner will force you to buy their fabric. Will never recommend the shop.

Extremely bad customer service. To begin with they get seriously annoyed and offended if you don't like their collection. And never ever ever avail their stitching service, had to go for many rounds of alterations before I could fit into the dress. The attitude of their staff when you take the cloths for alteration is unbearable. Also very careless with the cloths, my new saree blouse were torn while they did the alteration.

Overall the worst experience ever; would never go again or recommend to anyone.

Had a worst experience faced from Eve's world, bought worth 60K of clothes and then again 20K for stitching but didn't get any discount from them.poor customer satisfaction, and even didn't get the stitched clothes on time. It's better you should go to Seemati, Narmada etc atleast they'll give you discounts and refreshments. As of my uncles & aunt's request I posted this.so no more Eve's references.

It's a good place for trendy ladies dress materials, the management and staff are very helpful and nice, you can do a quick stitching.

Poor customer service! Haven't faced such ridiculous service before. The stitching was not at all perfect and the rate was too high. Cheap quality of material and waste of time.

Very bad while dealing with the customer worst shop spoiled my blouse for wedding very baddd.i had given them my blouse wedding blouse for stitching 15 days before and they told me to come on a date i went on the called date they said sorry we cnt stitch it if they cnt stitch it they would have called me the next day itself and told me but they called and told me after 15 days that we cnt stitch it was my wedding blouse where will i go for the blouse to be stitched at last moment other tailours will also not accept such an order if i will tell them to stitch and give it in two to three days as my wedding was near such was the behaviour of eves world people so bad

They promised us one thing and delivered something completely different. We ordered the set online, when we received it the size was completely wrong and the material was cheap quality. Very over priced. Customer service was very poor too.

Very poor service! They have employed a lot of staffs but very poor coordination between them. We have to call at least 3 times over phone just to know our product is ready or not!

Never followed what I told them. Received very cheap quality work. Poor customer service. Cheap quality material for high price.
