What a non sense events.no co ordination with staff and hotel people's, event management doesn't know the value of guest.if a vip or vvip comes with a good look only they value or else who have given the event those who are coming with an ordinary way those people's are getting out from the events then we have to call those people who are invite us for the program.such bad experience happens.so don't belive in this event management company pls.suchna waste team management especially the Raju and other peoples

Today 25/11/22 I am come for a conference in Hotel Le Meridien kochi. The Conferencewas held here for 25th to 27th Nov 2022. I am gone there at 10am morning on 25 th Nov 2022, I have got an instruction that sir please come at 2pm everything will get ready by the time so I went out fir shopping and eating folding the event was conducted by Executive event company named 14 years of well experienced team.such a waste team of events I have ever seen
. I thought will back in time everything will be k.but when I reached back to hotel the hotel people's does not have the list at all and the event management team not given the list on time and those are responsible for the time lag and the disturbance caused they are given the explanation like this, from the hotel Le Meridien side they told that we have asked the participants details 1wk before time but the event management people don't given the names because of the organizing teams not given the full list because of that the event management and the hotel teammates not given proper guidelines for the delegates also.more than 2 months before the dates confirmed and the event management also have some list of people but they are not provided the list.once the program was chatterd then the who ever people registered according to that the event management must follow the whatever list and the hotel also must allow the list for their acceptance to provide those who are registered early also not getting on their list and the event management company failed to update the list accordingly and they are giving the explanation that they are not getting the list form organizing committee. But the event management company " executive events" not ready to accept or given the list on proper time and the hotel " Le Meridien Kochi " not ready to work hard for the international conference and event teams fail to provide a good understanding with the organization committee and those who are reached thier hotel not able provide correct informations.totally the event company co-ordination and management of hotel becomes poor nowadays really felt bad they are not valuing such international conference.remains depends on those who all are experienced will be differently this from my knowledge ️‍️. THANKYOU This is not a compliment But in case of international conference amd dealing with a group of reputable persons they are done very badly‍️ So please not give such big events to the event company pls "Executive events ". Can only use for wedding functions only only ordinary functions not for any vi0s or vvip programs because they are not valuing the guests those who are appearing for the events
