A classical example of how not to behave with customer's, after seeing the behavior of receptionist we walked out of this place & won't be visiting again, I would recommend management to train their staff on how to behave with cutsomers.

I would like to give them 5 stars but they should improve their attitude towards customers who is paying for a treatment the one we didn’t like is they ask the customer to sit out side the reception Area in front of the entrance with no place.where there is a lot of space in reception Area the Second one is they are asking to remove the foot wear at the entrance and all staffs are wearing footwear inside every where.that means their footwear dirt goes underneath customers clean foot.if they want to remove footwear all must remove to keep dirt safe for the customers.or other wise they should allow all to wear the footwear.me and my family used to visit there for those reasons we have stopped going there if they understand and correct the problems then we may visit again

Affordable.awesome customer care and perfect ambience. Dr. Sam Paul is wonderful in explaining things with patience and the junior doctor too was extremely friendly and accommodative. The best dental clinic I have visited in Wayanad so far.

Exodus is the best dental clinic in Wayanad. The hospital is well equipped with modern instruments and hygenically managed. All standard covid protocols are followed. Dr Sam is a highly skilled professional, well behaved and soft spoken. He literally removed my reluctance in visiting dental hospitals.

As a working cardiologist I for one would highly recommend this clinic.

I'd fixed an appointment for pain in my tooth, and was allotted a pre specified time slot. Reaching early, i was asked to wait in the lobby, where interpersonal distancing was strictly maintained. Every patient is asked to fill out a questionnaire about my Covid status, any patients or contacts at my home, and a battery of others. Only one patient is allowed inside at a time. I talked with the amiable Dr. Sam, the chief doctor, about the other safety protocols.apparently, every patient is given a pair of gloves, and the patient chair is sterilized in between all patients. On the whole, i was impressed with the meticulous safety precautions being implemented. The staff were all well trained and professional.

I would highly recommend this clinic, with its abundant safety precautions and excellent treatment facilities.
