My mother and I went to see this shop, and then a salesman came up to us and we told him that we had come to see this shop and he had no interest in showing us the shop. He was with us as we looked around. We looked at the furniture and reached the ground floor. There was still a lot to see. In fact, he did not interest to show it. After looking at the ground floor, he gave me a way out and a card.please be a little more friendly and kind staff
They have a huge showroom and good stock.but to our surprise the salesman present there is not interested to sell. Then we visited another branded showroom in Palakkad and ordered all the items we were looking for.
The shop is well organized and I saw a lot of good finished furniture, liked it very much. But you are Very poor in customer handling. Even you don't have time to talk to the walk-in customer. Try to improve your customer handling skill since the customer is always the king. Thank you.
They have almost all collections at very reasonable price compared to others. Stylish too. Instead of searching online, u can just visit this place and will be able to find everything you need.
Biggest furniture showroom in Palakkad with vast range of stylish furnitures and Home Decore items with reasonable prices beside the Highway. Exotic is a wholesale furniture hub too.
Very bad experience. Poor quality materials used. Purchased a Corner Sofa set 30 months back. After about 6 months itself the Seat was sagging and was difficult to sit. Asked the local supplier to rectify the defect. He visited my house and did nothing and told that it is all right. Recently I reworked the upholstery by a local skilled worker by changing the tapes and using High density form. I had to spend about Rs. 7,500/-. Then it was found that poor quality wood and very low density foam was used by the OEM. Instead of bolt and nut, only wire nails used. Considering the quality, cost charged is exorbitant. Please don't get cheated.
It's a huge furniture shop but the problem is they have a little of everything. They'll have all the items you could ever imagine required for a home or office yet they'll be very few to select from one particular type of item. They compensate by showing you a catalogue where you can customise and order but this takes time. The place is not air-conditioned. Ample parking space is available. For some weird reason there are signboards all over the place saying photography is strictly prohibited. No idea why. Are we concerned about the privacy of furniture now?
