Exotica store

Ordered for home delivery 2 types of apple.royal gala (240 per kg) and New Zealand (310 per kg). We have been purchasing apple from the store for some time now, each apple has a sticker to show the product type. The ones delivered home has nothing on it. I called the store and checked with them. They were not able to give a proper reply for the same. Mentioned they will call back which did not happen.
Why is there a difference when it is purchased from store and asked for home delivery?

Overpriced, overhyped. They don't have yakult or any different type of noodles or ramen or condiments that we would get even in a milk shop in bombay. There is nothing exotic about this store. Only show and no content. Half of the things inside you'll get anything in margin free also. Whatever they are selling is available elsewhere. To call yourself an exotic store you should provide what others are not able to do. That is not there. Not even foreign ice cream or chocolates.

Just today went to this shop. So so only vegetables and products. The staff is good. I think shop owner was there. So I wanted a curd tin so opened the fridge. As there were many varieties and rates. So when I was abt to take the usual curd tin, the front curd tin fell down and little curd spilled on the ground. I thought it was really leaked so I kept it back. Correct time the shop owner came that time and I think hè inspected the tins. When I was standing at the cash counter this owner is waiting with the leaked tin to be replaced with the tin that I took. That time only I came to know that a small crack has been formed underneath. Anyways this is all an experience. The owner can very well give back the cracked curd tin to the supplier / distributor. No hurricane is going to come. I think these shop owners very well know who is a regular customer and who is a new customer.

Well organised, lots of goodies for those who cook different, fresh veggies and fish and meat too.

Good Customer service, was able to get what i wanted, king Fish, it is been long time getting good size and fresh fish.

The boys that work here now, are just amazing people.
They help you with everything including getting it all in your car. The previous team was plain arrogant nd useless. The boy who helped me with weighing the vegetables and fruits. Avan aanu star. Polli shop. I like their store. Me and mom are coming here always.

Entire staff just sitting near the cash register and chatting. Asked one staff about an item. He looks at another staff and asks him. The other staff doesn't reply. Again I ask. The 2nd staff looks at a 3rd staff and asks him. 3rd staff says he doesn't know. Matter over for them. So I took my business to another store.

Impressive collection of exotic vegetables and condiments. Staff is really friendly and patient enough to clear your doubts on prices, and other stuff. Hope they will continue with the quality and service

Average convenience store with a lot of imported goods.local goods are less, please check expiry date.parking is a problem.

As the name says it, its an exotic store. A bit expensive but u can get those products which is not easily available

Price code was wrong for 2 items. Pen costing rs 10 was billed rs 100. Had to be pointed out and corrected

The shop offers rare and unique food items as well as other provisions. Their fresh fish outlet supplies reasonably good marine fish.

Used to buying vegitables. Very good customer service, giving fresh vegitables and best in price.

There are 2 shops. What you won't find in the first shop you will find in the other. But it's not extensively stocked. But basic essentials are available.
The staff are courteous and helpful. UPI payment is available

Wide variety of exotic foods and culinary ingredients. Go if you've got some non-desi cooking on your mind!

They have two stores, one is more veggies, fruits and special items and the other next door is for grocery and house hold staples which is great but have to pay individually in each store everytime

The Exotica Store was incredible at client service even when they were working around the clock during the lockdown.
Product range is fabulous, and though I've moved from Bangalore, I don't feel a gap in availability of products needed to cook more eclectic cuisine.
All in all, a really fantastic effort.

Very good place having an assorent of various items not found in ordinary super market like imported cheese and the like

Yesterday bought a few items. The almond milk and wingreens sauce were spoilt. Difficult to travel and go back to exchange.

Impressive, lovely effort. One and only one of this kind. Variety freshness lovely display and nice ambience. Service minded staff, very helpful. Honestly it is like exotic with rarest of rare fruits vegetables. Being like in tropical veggie garden. Appreciate the management and supervision for a clean well displayed and properly managed store. Really a big salute to the novel idea and effort. I will come back again. Exotic will be the pride of Kerala.

Amazing range of various products. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Ample space for parking. Opens early in the morning, hence super convenient for working crowd. Pleasant helpful staff. Kids go bananas when they see all their favourite products.

Really wonderful place to get all the exotic stuff that you wouldn't get elsewhere. Rice paper, lasagne sheets, mascarpone and other cheese, herbs like basil, tarragon, parsley, thyme and so much more. Thank you for this. Although it would be great if you had frozen pastry dough.

Cream cheese, fresh basil, mango habenero sauce, Thai curry.was super excited to find this place that had all of them in one place. Really friendly staff too!

It's one of the best stores for fruits and vegetables. But I am Not happy with the non veg items like beef (quality below average) and mutton (only in its name).

Shop is good with sufficient stock. Parking facility etc. However there is one concern. The behaviour of a cleaning woman. She somehow does not know the etiquettes of going about in the shop. I was appalled when she started sweeping the floor when I was at the payment counter, right into where I was intruding into my personal space. And to top it up there was no body around to control her unruly behaviour or even tell her to wait till the customer completes the transaction and then do the cleaning of the floor.

Excellent quality and variety of produce. They have kale, romaine lettuce, spinach, etc.in stock, which is very rare in this region.

Excellent store with a very good selection of produce and high quality of groceries. Appreciate the great customer service as well.
