It is exceptionally outstanding. Nice interior. Very affectionate and warm hosting by the owner. Super greenery, fabulous spices, extremely awesome food personally prepared by the host. Yes one more thing to mention, here you will also be welcome by cute cat named meetoo and a super friendly dog brony (if I got it rightly) they will entertain you a lot.

Our best stay in India. Located in a beautiful surrounding in nature which is very calm. The room is perfectly clean and modern.
The hosts were extremely friendly and offered coffee, tea and snacks at no cost. The food was delicious and they showed us around their own fruit and spice garden.

A beautiful and peaceful place to stay if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of tourist hot spots for a while. The homestay is approximately 15-20km away from the main munnar city.

The homestay is managed by Anurag and his family, they are very nice people and will make your stay a comfortable one.

Rooms were very clean and tidy with all modern facilities like Wifi, bathrooms with hot water shower.

Food:
In the morning they will serve home made traditional fresh food which are delicious.

For dinner you have to request them by 4.00 pm in the evening so that they can prepare it for you.

Accessibility:
The homestay is approximately 15-20 km away from main Munnar city. If you are visiting Munnar in the peak season then it will take around 1 hour to reach the main city, though all the major spots like Ernavakulam National Park, Elephant Point, Rose Garden, Tea Garden/Museum are easily accessible via road.

Just one thing to note here if you are planning to visit Kolukkumalai View Point then you have to leave the homestay by 3.00 am in the morning.

Overall a good stay and will highly recommend for stay to anyone who is visiting Munnar.

Wow, the hospitality of this "Fab Valley homestay" has really amazed me. The people are courteous, helpful, and assist you in getting everything you need. Beautiful and cosy described the space. The accommodations were really comfortable. The home-cooked food was excellent. As a farewell gift, Sumit (owner) and family offered us spices (Nutmeg and Mace) from their own plantation.

Stayed here for 2 nights, hospitality and thier authentic coconut based foods were delicious. Me and my friend felt like it was an home in another town. Peaceful place with lot of greenery. They have fish pond with some cichlid, you can find some fresh spices like nutmeg, elachi etc. Pet friendly

It was Christmas 2021, I was pleased to get so wonderful hospitality from authentic kerala family! Place is a hidden gem deep inside western ghats.
All the way its spices on the trees but Don't miss to visit the spice cultivation of mathlipara family. I wish I can visit again and again. First time had putt a authentic kerala dish cooked with love by family, after that tried many hotels in kerala haven't find the taste.

God's own country kerala. Yes this is the place!

Visiting first time in the dense western ghats then reach before 5pm. A small hydel power plant and a waterfall just outside the door don't miss.

Really loved our stay there.a pet friendly homestay with yummy food and serene location. Little away from munnar main market, but that adds to its beauty. The owners are very warm and welcoming. And they take care of all your little needs. Literally felt like a home away from home.

Alert for people planning to stay here. The hotel location is far away from Munnar. We need to drive one hour to reach Munnar.
If it is peak time you have to drive more than 2 hours to reach Munnar.
Your car rent amount will increase if you stay here.

We had a very pleasant stay for four nights at the Fab Valley Homestay, Munnar. The environment is very pleasant, the homestay situated in a spice garden with plenty of greenery around.
Sumith and Regi were excellent hosts making every effort to make us comfortable. The homestay is very pretty. Regi's food, though simple, was what we needed. It was served with great concern and attention and with an ever ready smile from Regi. We highly recommend Fab Valley Homestay to anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of citylife. Was there during rains last week (August 2019). Mind blowing LOCATION amidst pure, unpolluted NATURE at it's best. With very gracious HOSTS and excellent homemade FOOD.the short holiday with family was really BLISSFUL.

This is a home away from home. Warm and friendly family. Sumith cheta and Reji Cheti are excellent hosts and do everything possible to make your stay comfortable. They even invited us to a local wedding in their family, which was an amazing experience in itself. 5 days with them felt like we knew them since ages. Great family and excellent stay facility along with delicious homemade meals cooked by Reji Cheti. This is the perfect getaway from the city. Living on a spice farm is a wonderful experience. 5 stars is less for this homestay.they deserve 10 stars!

If you search a peacfull place in the middle of paradise spices plantation.you should arrive here. The owner and his wife gave us a wonderfull time. The meals where the best we had in kerla.we booked 3 nights it was a great retreat. 10 min walk from the homestay we arrive to great wather falls.we swimed every afternoon. Amazing Fab Valley Homestay.
Morning starts here with birds chirping, cool breeze with mesmeric auroma of coffee flowers and sound of waterfall.
If you love nature in its purest serene form this place is for you.
The host family Mr. Sumit, Sister Reji and their son Anurag will make your stay comfortable, always ready to help. Very very clean and tidy rooms with all modern facilities like Wifi, bathrooms with hot water shower, Home made traditional fresh food (everyday different fruit grown in their own farm like pineapple, banana, papayas etc.).
Waterfall is very near. Mr. Sumith is a progressive farmer who has won many certificates and shields for his work in development of Hybreed Nutmeg. We r very happy with our stay here with Mr. Sumith family. It is a Homestay in real Sense.
A surprise is Mr. Sijo Mathews, we called him wikipedia of Munnar, he knows every nook and corner of area with its history. Ask for cab services of Mr. Sijo Mathews.

After spending two weeks in India, this was hands down our favorite place to stay. Spacious room that was kept cool Day and night. What really makes this place though is the kind family that owns it. They made us feel like family, as they presented us with the best coffee and tea we’ve had. The home cooked meals that they make for breakfast and dinner are of unparalleled quality at an extremely affordable rate. If back in the area, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

As others have noted, a bit far out of Munnar town. Nothing that was unreasonable, though. The ambience made it worth it!
