REVIEW AFTER 2 YEARS USE: ALWAYS NEED SERVICING. RS. 700 CHARGED FOR SERVICE EVERY THREE MONTHS. THE BURNERS GET PROBLEM EVERY THREE MONTHS AND YOU NEED TO SPEND RS. 700 ON SERVICE. ALSO THE SERVICE PERSONNEL WILL COME AFTER ATLEAST 5 CALLS.

Very poor service. Lady on phone was very reluctant to share the offer price (even in spite of the price being available online). I asked for the MRP but she doesn’t want to disclose that as well.
The security personnel for the complex was murmuring and scolding us telling there is no parking space from the moment we reached there, He asked us where are we planning to go, we mentioned Faber, then started murmuring and scolding with a lot of arrogance, did not feel like entering the showroom at all, saddened to see such behaviour from the support staff.
