I had a great experience at the Faber Platinum studio showroom at Pattom Trivandrum! It was very fair deal with me when I was bought a conventional oven recently. The cost at this retail showroom was reasonable as compared to faberindia online.

What I like most is their amazing customer friendly approach and quick action for anything I requested. When I changed the model at last moment after billing, they were put much effort against my privious order in order to get the one I requested later.

See, if we have money we can purchase from anywhere and may be don't care the little loses however the post sale support is the key which distribute the word of month to many and make credibility and reputation of the showroom. Hope they continue the same further with all customers.

We bought kitchen appliances from the Faber Galleria, Pattom on 01.02.2023. It's well worth for the quality of the product. The person incharge of the outlet was very friendly, suggestive, and respectful. He gave fast and informative replies. Highly recommended to visit the Faber outlet at Pattom, Trivandrum.

Located opposite the Indus Motors showroom (the old Faber signboard still stands as of today but the shop has changed location). This is a rather good show room on the second floor of Bhaskar Towers.
There are a reasonable number of items on display with some variety as well. Hobs and chimneys occupy the pride of place.
The staff could be a little more helpful. This is not to say that they are not helpful at all. In fact they home delivered my purchase after collecting it from another showroom.
Parking on the road as usual. This is not always easy.

The worst ever experience, the heat isn't spreading onto the sides evenly and only on the center.had contacted the technicians.very bad response. They couldn't even rectify this problem.really regret purchasing from this place. Zero rating for customer service

On 5AUG2022 evening I’d to make an urgent purchase of a hob and I approached this agency. Though I see mixed reviews, my experience was pleasant and I could strike the deal fast and I presume cost effectively. As I was in a hurry I didn’t give much thought to the cost part. Still I feel I could make the deal competitively. In addition I was given a freebie (Automatic Sanitizer Dispenser) as well. The showroom in-charge was quite receptive and enthusiastic in showing the various models and explaining the features helping me in finalising the model quickly that suits my requirements. I’m quite satisfied with the place and recommend to others as well.

We had purchased a hood and hob in this month. The staff explained clearly the pros and cons of the products exhibited in the showroom which helped us to decide on the models that we wanted. The staff were very cordial and extended good service.

Very poor after sales support. Pathetic actually. Don't buy it if you have any other options.

This is an absolutely disgusting place. The person attending was least bothered about explaining product features and I hardly felt welcome at this store. On comparing costs that I was offered from Faber Galleria - Kowdiar, he said I can go and buy from them. I just wished I had checked the reviews before going. The consistent poor feedbacks are a clear testimony of their substandard customer service and lack of commitment to make any attempts to turn it around. I then found a better deal at Lulu.
