FabHotel PGS Inn - Hotel Near Ernakulam Railway Station, Ernakulam

I had a visiting in this hotel but didn't get the room i already book this hotel at 5 jun n already paid for this room for 4 days but they said room are full.im just confused that we they not have a room so how they take a booking n payment as well n now we waiting for the room till time 3.42am very bad im happy to see kind of service

Hotel name is not psg inn.hotel name oyo.very poor.very bad room. Used bed and pillow. No tv, ac not working.
